St. Louis Public Library — Attraction in St. Louis

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. It has come to my attention that your staff discarded my personal belongings, which I inadvertently left behind, without making any effort to contact me or to secure them in a lost and found.

I was disheartened by the lack of empathy and regard for personal property demonstrated by your staff. The decision to place my belongings outside, rather than in a secure area or a lost and found, raises serious concerns about the values and policies of your establishment.

I always enjoy coming to this library its the most comfortable to me because its in my neighborhood. Also because its always quiet here and the staff have always been so outgoing and helpful and unawkwardly attentive. There are several computers here, and there always seems to be one available. The library offers FREE certificate courses that are definitely worth while and relevant to use on a resume and this is through Coursera. Check it out. It's as always the employees are very very helpful and they all have smiley faces it's always so nice and clean and I was truly feeling very sad but yet the smiles the willingness to help me made me forget my trouble Heart 😭 sometimes I come and sit and privately cry but yet each one of the employees would walk around and ask everyone are they ok ..do they need help 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 it's like a living control comfort zone thanks for hiring these employees they don't no it but yet they are the reason still...
