Another beautiful historical structure in this area of North St. Louis. If you look carefully from this point, you should be able to see the Grand Avenue Corinthian column just about a block away.
Apparently it is possible to go into the tower and get a view from the top. Unfortunately, the city seems to really neglect this area and that is not currently possible. I really hope that the City of St. Louis decides to invest in North St. Louis a bit....
