I would just like to post about another great experience I had with LBI HotSpring Spas.
You can look below to see a review from last year. This is a follow up story that I had to share that shows another example of the great above and beyond service and personal attention that you get from the staff and owners of LBI HotSpring Spas.
As always my story begins with Amy who has always been there to help me with every aspect of spa ownership; from buying my first spa 13 yrs ago to helping me pick the perfect replacement spa last year. This along with patiently answering my never ending barrage of questions.
So as anyone knows no matter how great a product is, be it a Lamborghini or a HotSpring spa, sometimes a completely unavoidable problem can arise.
Unfortunately, that is what happened with my spa. There was a problem with some tubing in my spa that HotSpring had quickly remedied but a few spas got through before the problem was noticed.
There were a couple of possible solutions that were suggested by Wadkins (owner of HotSpring) but for some reason did not fix mine.
Amy stayed on top of this from Day One and along with the field staff made my situation a priority. All the while making sure that I didn't lose any Spa time.
Now the really amazing part of this story.
When these solutions did not resolve the problem, Amy reached out to Wadkins and requested that instead of trying anymore fixes and to not inconvenience me anymore, that the spa be replaced.
And that is what they did. I received a brand new year model of my spa with some really great new features that make the spa even better. This is just awesome!!
I just want to say Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to everyone at LBI HotSpring Spas. Jack (the owner), the staff and crew, and especially Amy!!
No one could ask for a better experience than you get at LBI HotSpring Spas. You are treated as family and the concern for your enjoyment and satisfaction starts the day you walk in the door and never ends.

I have been fortunate enough to be doing business with LBI HotSprings for about 11 years now. I have bought 2 hot tubs in that time and from Day One it has always been the most pleasurable experience.
Jack Dennis and the staff are always incredibility helpful and friendly and go out of their way to guide you and explain the best way to care for and maintain your tub. This caring and helpfulness goes on long, long after the initial purchase. They're always there for you.
There is one real standout amongst the people there that I have been lucky to be dealing with all these years and that is Amy. Amy makes you feel like family and is truly concerned that you are in the right tub for your needs as was the case with my recent purchase. I was looking at one particular tub and after all the years of listening to my questions and wishes about the tub I had previously owned ( sadly lost to Sandy) such as size, options etc. Amy suggested a different model and did everything she could and then some to make sure that it fit in our budget. Boy was she right. We are so happy with the new tub and it is the perfect fit!! Thank you so much Amy
Finally I would like to mention the new app for your computer or smartphone called Connextion for HotSprings Tubs. This was a wish of mine for many years to be able to control and most importantly monitor the tub when away. Connextion alerts you to any issues that are going on with your tub such as a power outage in winter and also alerts your dealer so that it can be remedied immediately. You can also control all feature of the tub through the app even down to checking filter status. Great stuff. This was something that Amy and I had talked about many years ago and she continued to champion it and give me updates.

Read moreAs a bit of a preface, I absoultely despise writing bad reviews and I believe the majority of them are overreactions, however I simply must share my experience with LBI HotSpring Spas with you all.
We were told on two separate occasions that "you will hear back from us on X date," being followed by complete radio silence. We were also told a technician would be coming on either Tuesday or Wednesday, and we would be met with a phone call and a quote, however none of this ever came to be. Trying to be reasonable, a message was left stating both of these FACTS, not in a rude or unreasonable manner, but just trying to receive some clarification because like most people we work and cannot wait around for the chance of someone to appear. After once again not receiving a response to the message, a final call was placed where we were told that "the owner won't work with us because he didn't like the message."
I took a day off of work waiting for this technician who never arrived, and played phone tag trying to get an answer. Any rational person would be upset, and all things considered the message we left was not out of line. There was no cursing, no raising of the voice, just expressing displeasure(without a nasty tone) at the fact that on 3 seperate instances no one there had the decency to even contact us back, yet alone keep their word, and even after all that we still wished to receive service so I can assure you we were as polite as possible with all things considered.
I wish I could rate this place 0/5 for complete and utter lack of professionalism or concern about wasting their paying customers time, before kicking them to the curb because the owners feelings were hurt by a factual statement.
The only positives to come out of this interaction was a kind secretary giving us the phone number of a spa company that cares about it's customers, as well as learning to avoid this...
Read moreI cannot express how great LBI Hot Springs Spas were to me! I knew nothing about hot tubs. From the minute I walked through the door, Amy welcomed me and explained everything. I purchased a hot tub from them and asked Amy if we could somehow keep it a surprise for my husband for our anniversary. You wouldn’t believe the lengths they went through to make this happen! We were out of town, so I thought that be the perfect timing. Amy was able to get a contractor to put the pad down and an electrian to add the line in…mind you all while trying to stay out of view of the security cameras. I have great neighbors on Beach Haven West, so the workers used my neighbors driveway and back yard…all the staff had to climb over the fence between our yards to keep the surprise. It was coordinated beautifully and it worked! My husband was shocked, happy, and couldn’t believe we pulled it off without him knowing. Amy even had little ducks lined up from our entry door to the hot tub! I’ve had an absolute wonderful experience with the entire team! On another note if you’re thinking about purchasing a hot tub, I’ve had trouble for years sleeping. Now , Every time I go into the hot tub, that night I sleep great!
