Sterling Community Center: A Welcoming Haven for All

My brother (who has a disability) and I have been attending the Sterling Community Center for about a year now, and I wanted to share our experience. We've found it to be a warm and inclusive environment that feels like a second home to us.

The staff at the center have been incredibly kind and attentive to my brother's needs. They always make us feel welcome and valued whenever we visit. The staff members are always friendly and take the time to chat with us, which creates a sense of belonging.

The Sterling Community Center offers a variety of activities and amenities for people of all interests and abilities. Whether it's the gym with flexible hours, fitness classes, art workshops, or social events, there's something for people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy.

I stopped by the Sterling Community Center which was closed. However, I looked around to see the site and it's surrounding area. First, I should point out that there is a small park adjacent to this facility, relatively new and clean. However, the fencing around the area was not completed and I thought this was a safety concern of children are nearby because there are cats constantly speeding on the road. Next, you can tell the property is new and well maintained although there is construction going on most of the day, so if your don't mind the noise it is a location to take small children. The only problem I have with the center is its location. Although located in the shopping center, it's too close to traffic and the nearby construction makes it hard to find nearby parking. Overtake the facility is not that big, but should serve to provide the community services...

We like going here with my son’s cousin for summer camp. 2 of the ladies and one of the men were not nice at all. My son experienced a bad time with them but some people were ok. But about 3 of them are amazing and ever since the new one opened those 3 have gotten a lot nicer. It is great when you get a good teacher but awful when you get a bad one. My son had a teacher that was quite mean. He made my son and his camp be quiet for 5 minutes because some kids were acting up. I don’t get why he punished my son and some other campers when they did nothing....
