If I could give this place a zero I definitely would. I order a crown on June 4th, 2021 Monday, October 4th will be four months since I have ordered the crown. When I first ordered the crown Jennifer personally called me (mid June)saying she did not have it in stock. But she said she would be headed to Mexico the mid/end of July, and would pick up the crown herself, and it would’ve been shipped the first week of August. I was fine with it and I did not need the crown until the end of August. I would constantly message her about updates. After I placed my order, July 29th I asked her if the crown would be arriving the first week of August she said that there was a delay and she was waiting for them to call her. August 6th, I messaged her saying if I would receive the crown by the end of August she said “Yes! We are getting it this upcoming week.” Two weeks later, I messaged her for an update she said shipment was delayed if I would like to wait or cancel my order because the shipment was stuck at the border. I told her I would like to wait because I really wanted that crown. September 6th, I messaged her once again saying if the crown was being shipped soon(keep in mind I needed the crown by the end of August). She then replied saying “Yes shipping this week.” September 9th, I messaged her saying if I could get a refund or not and that I needed the crown by Sunday(September 12th). It is now October 1st and I have yet to receive any message from her. We have now set an investigation because she has stole my money and I have yet to receive the crown(that was needed by THE END OF AUGUST). Read moreToday I drove from Fresno to Galt, to pick up my two daughters quince dress. Sweet bitter experience my daughters were excited to see their dress but they did not get the full experience. Jennifer & Co decided to have us pick up dresses on the curb and not inside and try on their dresses. I disclosed to Jennifer & Co (in May) I had tested positive with Covid. Three weeks later Jennifer & Co called to let us know dresses arrived and would mail the dresses. I asked why mail... Jennifer said I disclosed to them I was Covid positive and she has to protect herself and her employee.
I told Jennifer The reason I disclosed the results with Jennifer & Co is bc I’m being responsible and protecting others and will wait to come around till I know I’m not contagious. I told her I had Re-Tested ( 3weeks later) and came back negative and could provide receipt or can someone else take my daughters who quarantine at relatives home. Jennifer did not Care and said my only option is mail the dresses or pick up on the curb.
She Was insensitive to my situation, she did not care about us as customers knowing what this experience would mean to my daughters.

Apparently our dress was sold to someone else and had to wait a few more months to revive OUR dress. We were supposed to get the dress in October and ended up getting in January. She told us we were the FIRST to order that dress yet in October when we were supposed to get it she posted On IG saying the dress sold super fast which we didn’t understand because we were still waiting to get ours?! She said she orders the dresses 3 months in advance but it doesn’t matter when THEY think is the right time we asked for the dress ASAP imagine if we would of waited and with this while Covid situation our dress would be delayed forsure, no dress no 15nera!! so happy we got the dress in January way before covid!
