Far East Restaurant — Restaurant in August

My daughter and yours truly wanted to try out a new place for lunch. So we decided on this fine place.

There's plenty of parking and lots of space inside. There's booth seating and two standard tables. If you like to eat up close and personal. You can sit down in front of the front counter.

It wasn't too busy inside and we picked out where we wanted to sit . As I was walking to my table, I saw a co-worker of mine. He recommended the Hunan chicken. I'll probably get that on my next visit.

My daughter picked out a lunch combination. Almond chicken with rice and veggies. I picked out veggies with chicken and sweet and sour pork. Oh they both came with chow mein. I'm not the biggest fan of chow mein. But I really enjoyed it here.

Just a note breakfast, lunch and dinner is served all day.

The food was very tasty and delicious. The portions are pretty big and they don't skimp out here. The chicken is pretty bomb, I like that they are some strips and not diced up like little cubes.

It was the first time I ever been there, I passed by a lot of times but never stopped by. The food is American and Chinese Cuisine. My friend got breakfast ham and eggs and biscuits and gravy. I got the Chicken Chow Mein and pork fried Rice and I was pleasantly surprised because the Chinese food was very good and the breakfast looked delicious too. The ambience reminds me of the restaurant my father and mom used to take us when I was a child so it brought back some good memories. Just wonderful old school Chinese American restaurant with everything from steak and eggs to Mongolian beef and fried rice. And honey prawns are absolutely excellent too. The restaurant is right out of the '70s hasn't changed much since then I'm sure. I would think that this particular restaurant was a very biggie and fancy and it's day the neon sign up front with the temperature in time doesn't work anymore but the your food is great old school The staff are wonderful hardworking people.
