Nail Boutique Stoneham — Attraction in Stoneham

I was so excited to try out this new nail bar for a full set of acrylics. Their instagram page seemed to prove they could handle advanced designs and styles, but when I was serviced by a woman who used mis matched nail tips and did an uneven french tip for me, even after i pointed it out, I should have known not to tip as high as a did. I feel this salon fully took advantage of my patience and generosity- with an undeserved well over 20% tip.

When I came back to get them removed, the girl servicing me lied to my face about the soak off only taking 5 minutes, and began redoing multiple nails on another woman. when I told her how my fingers hurt and stung, she told me that she never said it was 5 minutes and had been checking her phone (which she never did) in the most cocky tone, and essentially called me a liar. after I spoke up about the painful acetone (clearly left on for too long) she was quite aggressive with my nails. She left my nails jagged and was nothing but rude and condescending to me. I was initially polite and generous with my tip to these women, and to be treated like this as a customer is appalling. My nails are now mostly filed down to the nail-quick due to how aggressive the employee was. The owner should be ashamed that her employees treat customers this way.

Didnt know this place existed until I passed by yesterday. The owner was so nice, she was able to book my gf and myself for this morning. Got in a little after they opened and it was already quite busy. Simple yet beautiful esthetic. I like how clean and minimal the place was. I had Kelly for my pedi and my feet and toesies are happy. She was very personable and was always smiling. My gf had Vicky for her pedi and Kate for her mani and says she loved them both and will definitely be returning. I think we found our new place. So glad to have found this place! The herbal pedicure by Vicky was incredible! She even used fresh orange slices during the exfoliation! I’ve never seen that anywhere else. Moon also does amazing builder gel- especially French mani style. This salon is clean, friendly, and wonderful! It’s also nice and quiet so you can really relax during your time here.
