Food: Got a super beef with fries. Coworker got a large beef. Beef was okay, more on the medium-well side for beef, and I prefer a more rare to med-rare beef. Was served warm. Super and the large beef were no real difference in the size - so almost just an upcharge for the onion roll. Size of the super was average to maybe a hair on the smaller side compared to other beef spots in the area.

Service: Food was quick, which was very nice for a lunch break from the office. Staff was carrying on about some friend or other coworker while taking orders, but the orders were correct, even though they weren't really engaged with the customers coming in.

Atmosphere: Typical beef/sub shop +, so a little bit more seating than some other local spots. Good location right on main street, and next to a side street, so you can leave in either direction. Fair amount of...

MELTED PLASTIC on food.

Despite ordering my meal to dine in, I was given my food in some tacky to go plastic containers. As I was eating my soggy steak and onion rings, I noticed that the plastic container had a bunch of holes in it.

It turns out that these holes are caused by the hot grease melting the plastic/Styrofoam container with the food in it. This means that I spent 30 minutes eating food with traces of melted plastic all over it.

I asked management about it, and they said "Oh yeah, that happens all the time".

Given the prices I paid (22$ for surf & turf) this is very substandard service. I am very disappointed...

Ordered 1 medium chicken finger and fri and a small chicken finger and fri. The small chicken they charged me $9.i wasn’t local so 26min later I got to my destination and saw I got 3 fries. The girl working when I called had the nerve to to ask if I was sure 3 times because she said she looked and knows there was a small chicken. Asked me if it’s possible a frie was covering the chicken. I said actually there’s two tiny pieces of chicken covering a box of Fries!! It would cost more in gas to drive back. To make it worse the food was so bland not the same, WORST. Even my kids said that’s not the same it’s gross....
