The Beauty Studio — Attraction in Stoughton

I’ve been going to Kayla now for almost 2 years. I have never had a disappointing experience. She is talented, patient, understanding and kind. I read an earlier review of her that does NOT even come close to capturing her nature. I also happened to be waiting for her chair that day this customer was there. She was extremely demeaning, patronizing and down right rude. Kayla explained policies and procedures as a professional, confirmed with the owner and stood her ground. I suggest you take your hard-worked dollars and visit this beauty salon and personally ask for Kayla. The rest of the staff is amazing as well. I honestly don't understand the previous review of 1 star considering the business is highly rated at 5 stars. I have been going to the salon for a few years and Kayla is my hair stylist. SHE IS AWESOME! Never has she been unprofessional or has anyone in the staff been unreasonable or unkind and especially not professional. They provide a service to the community and do a fantastic job. I find it hard to believe that this customer had so many issues when you cannot even book appointments with Kayla and most of the stylists for months. Went here for the first time after my regular salon shut down suddenly and I found myself urgently needing a bleach and tone touch up before a wedding. I also got my brows waxed and tinted and my hair cut. Stacy did my brows and Dorothy cut my and my husband’s hair. The women working there were all very friendly and welcoming.
