I went in for dinner because I was starving and one of the managers was sitting down eating..he got up to help me and I apologized for interrupting his dinner and theb yelled “it’s okay my manager sucks” looking back at the other manager..extremely unprofessional and rude to all extent. I saw the frustration in her eyes but she remained calm and helped me. I didn’t hear the other small comments he made to her after but I could see the were making the female manager very upset and frustrated. Again that same male manager yelled to the back and asked “you having fun?” To one of the cooks in the back. He looked like he was very angry and content with his power as a manager which was very disgusting to see. He does not deserve a job anywhere in management and as I left when grabbing my food, the female manager he verbally abused looked very sad but still tried to smile and say have a good day. I smiled and said “thank you, you shouldn’t have to deal with that” and I left because I was tired and now frustrated. The one star is for the male manager who deserves to be fired and non rehirable but I give five stars to the female and everyone else who puts up with his arrogance and verbal abuse. Ordered 4 burgers and wanted 3 large fries (to go). The very pleasant (otherwise) Connor P. server wondered if I really have any idea how large a large size is. I said yes and explained that we are 5 people (one doen't eat burgers). He insisted that it is way too much. Added the info that so many people complain because the sizes are much larger than expected. Under pressure, I downsized to 3 medium fries. When I got home, I found three baby cups (12 oz precisely measured) barely filled with what would barely feed three babies who just switched from liquid only to liquid + solid foods, not 5 adults. They appear as $5.79 regular fries on the receipt. Connor P, go learn your sizes. And stop making suggestions, let people buy what they want, not what you think they want. Read moreWhat happened to this place? I’ve lived in Canton since 2012 and this was my go-to burger place, but the quality of service has dropped off significantly. Ordered online, told it’d be ready in 7-12 minutes, and 35 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food (along with several other people). The young girl behind the counter was doing her best, but the other women working were the definition of apathy. I don’t mind spending $40+ dollars for 3 burgers and fries, but I do mind service that makes me feel as if my order is an inconvenience to them. I’ll be going elsewhere for my burgers...
