This is the closest location to my home and it is the worst. Since it’s location is convenient I try again and again when time is a factor and I’m finally done. More than half the time my order is wrong and sometimes it’s not obvious until I get home or if my spouse is the one who went to pick up the mobile order. It used to be a one off that I would try here, but since working remotely from home I’ve visited here more often and it’s obviously not. Today, I ordered an iced blonde doppio sub in coconut milk. Both the basic order was wrong and the substitution missing. Last week I ordered a Venti PSL and got a grande size. Both times I had to drive back to get the correct drink and both times I was not offered any kind of restitution. If you’re needing your Starbucks hit drive a little further away to Walpole. Great that this new shop comes with a drive-thru, but even with just 3-4 cars in the evening line, the wait is 15+ min. Order ahead doesn't matter, coz it seems that they make it when you "check-in" at the mic -- which is totally fine, but even after 15 min. of waiting in the car line since, your order is still not ready by time you get to the window. 🤦🏻♀️
They are hiring so who knows, might be short-staffed.
Staff at the window was at least friendly and not at all burned out (yet). But I feel bad for them having to manage both counter and drive-thru when it gets busy.
Lesson learned: if there's a lot, walk in to pick up at counter instead of sitting in the drive-thru till the sun...

If you're reading this, benevolent Starbucks employees and managers, please clean up the tables and chairs every 30 minutes at a minimum! I do understand the issue. This Starbucks location is BUSY! So what! Staff properly. Crack the whip. Get 'er done! Every. 30. Minutes. I understand that it's a thankless job and it's never ending but the effort would be greatly appreciated because I hate to sit at a table with a sticky round glob of brown and white gunk stuck to it.
