Love the seawall. I went on the day when town had Halloween parade for the kids. Many kids in wonderful costumes and saw many kids walking on the seawall. There is a 2-hour parking limit closely monitored by the local police. Since my visit was way in late fall, parking was easily available. Wall provides wonderful photo opportunities, and you can sit and relax for some time or walk on the beach. I saw many local dogs bathing in the sea since they may have been coming regularly. Read moreThis place is 2 blocks from my house so you can imagine I’m there all the time. My only grief with it is the sorta rocky beach - hard to walk around barefoot. It’s a gorgeous view with very close parking, 2 great restaurants nearby for drinks or food, everyone is friendly and it’s never too busy. The view is gorgeous and it’s always clean. Definitely a must see to get your beach fix. I just wish the beach was full sand. The water is the Long Island sound so it can be cold and there’s waves but...
