Our wedding was beautiful and the staff was very helpful, but it was disappointing dealing with management. We mentioned a few weeks prior that we might not meet the minimum 200 to which they graciously agreed to allow us a little less - our final count was 183 and we were promised a refund for the 17 persons at dinner. At the end of the night, they renegged on the refund. If we had known we had to have 200, we would have invited random other people. When my husband asked to bring home the leftover food in the trays for coworkers, he was told there was none. That in itself is impossible since of our 183, only 160 showed, and they supposedly cooked for 200. My husband went into the kitchens and found some of the food the owner had lied about. Overall very disappointing management. They seem to be typical business people who are looking to make whatever they can - I would recommend if you plan to do add ons or anything else, save it until the last minute, or if you make any deals, have it in writing. The contract states that a deal must be met, but we didn't have ours in writing to prove it in a court of law. If you don't want the wedding day headache of this with the cost of a wedding, I would avoid them. We also agreed to not hire a police officer since many of our guests are police officers and former veterans, but they brought one in without notifying us making many of the guests question us if something was wrong or amiss when there was no irresponsibility, drunkenness, or cause by...

Facility - 8 Sanitation - 7 Guest Friendly - 2 Service - 1
Our company has been there for 2 years now to celebrate Christmas. And after guests were treated so poorly by staff, will not be returning.
There were 2 bartenders/hosts working the event. Granted they were slightly understaffed, we were in no rush.
What really left a sour taste in everyone's mouth was one of the bartenders/hosts attitudes.
She complained about making drinks and demanded people choose a beer from the fridge, although cocktails we're in the arrangement.
Asked an employees wife when she will be done having margaritas because she is the only one drinking them and it's wasting her time.
We had enough left overs to feed everyone twice over. But she demanded we were not allowed to open the trays that were just open 3 seconds ago and were still easily accessible.
This is just a few examples of so many that occurred.
What was meant to an awesome night of gathering and appreciating those around us.. was spent trying not to upset the host that was killing the mood.
Until management figures put staffing or actively manage, I urge you to pass on...
Read moreSet up a tour for early April and asked to do food sampling as well. They said that they don’t do food tasting, so you wouldn’t be able to taste their food before booking the hall?! How does that work. Very disappointed because I was really looking forward to checking it out and consider them for my wedding. But that turned me off. I even asked if we could could pay per person to sample and it was still a no. so if people don’t mind booking the venue and than not trying or knowing what your food tastes like in advance go ahead. Lol but wedding advice 101 don’t EVER book a hall WITHOUT trying...
