Discrimination and racism at its finest in this place. Just one day ago, March 25, 2025, my 13 year-old son and I was in this place for Appt just to get a physical so that he can play his sport. After waiting almost an hour to be seen I was called to the front and told that because my son is exempt from immunization, meaning he doesn’t receive any shots or vaccination. The doctor is refusing to see my son. I began pleading with these people because it was the last day that my son could have this form to participate. They refuse me repeatedly and repeatedly told me to leave, but I didn’t. I continue to plead my case that what they were doing, was illegal and against the law they called officers on me and my son to have us removed, but I was able to speak to the officer and let them know the racism and the discrimination that was happening at that time The office manager was so evil as I told the Office manager what you’re doing is against the law, illegal she just kept talking over me telling me he is exempt and is being refused and what day I should come back which was about two weeks away. Long story short After all the harassment and discrimination and the obvious racism office manager Bindiana Rosa (the name is smudged because of her pen) went to the back to have a talk with them and informed them that I was recording, and I was citing the law on them and that they didn’t have a choice, but to see me something to that nature because she came back out and said the doctor is going to now see me after they called the officers on me after they Demanded me to leave a host of times after they treated me with the most disrespect and nasty behavior. Yes after they felt like they wouldn’t get away with it they went ahead and saw my son. Bindiana Sosa or Rosa she was loud and proud about the racism and discrimination that she was showing me along with all of her colleagues and staff. No one was on my side there I was by myself once they saw me no one apologize for their bad behavior. It was never a mistake It was intentional. It was racist. It was discriminated and they are disgusting people I will never return to their place. Doctor Nair is the one that created all of this for this particular incident and I almost didn’t report this, but those people are terrible and I know I’m not the only one that will suffer this type of racism and discriminative hateful actions from this place. This is the reason I’m speaking up mistreating bullying humiliating my son and I shame on you people.this is the card office manager gave me

I usually do not write negative reviews, but my recent experience at Hope Clinic left me no choice, as I believe it is important for families and management to be aware. During my visit, the first person we encountered at the front desk was a staff member named Vilma. Unfortunately, her behavior was extremely unprofessional and deeply upsetting. Instead of greeting patients with the care and respect expected at a health care center, she displayed a hostile and dismissive attitude. In front of my children, her tone and mannerisms were unnecessarily rude, which left us feeling disrespected from the very beginning. When it came time to make the payment, I was charged more than what was actually required. When I politely pointed this out, instead of acknowledging the mistake, she became even more aggressive. Her behavior escalated to the point of tapping her nails loudly on the desk in a very unprofessional and intimidating manner. Such conduct is unacceptable in any setting, but especially in a health care facility where families come seeking comfort, compassion, and professional support. As patients, we do not come to a clinic simply for medical care; we also come hoping to be treated with kindness and dignity. The front desk is the first impression of the entire clinic, and when that experience is negative, it affects the trust and confidence of the families who walk in. Staff members in such a role must set the tone for the environment — welcoming, respectful, and professional. Sadly, in this case, the opposite was true. I strongly believe that an employee who demonstrates this type of behavior should not be in a position that deals directly with people, especially families and children. For the sake of the patients, I urge the clinic’s management to review this matter seriously and ensure that staff who interact with the public are properly trained or reassigned to roles where they do not harm the clinic’s reputation. Hope Clinic has the potential to serve the community well, but negative experiences like this can discourage families from returning. I truly hope that steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other patients

I had an appointment at 12:30, which the system clearly stated was at this location (I received multiple email confirmations.) Before coming, I called and got my information verified. I arrived at 12:15, got checked in by Vanessa. (long blonde highlights) Her tone and demeanor were far from welcoming. Her dismissive attitude created a sense of discomfort. She proceeded to check me in. I was the first person in the wait room. Multiple patients were called in and I waited patiently until I realized I had been waiting for 40 minutes+. After I came out to ask what was going on, Blanca, another front desk, told me that the person who placed my appointment made a mistake with the location and I shouldn’t have been checked in. Vanessa inaccurately checked me in, resulting in confusion and unnecessary delays. To compound matters, what frustrated me the most was the absence of an apology. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, Vanessa appeared to be indifferent and unapologetic. Such behavior, in my opinion, is not reflective of the professionalism and patient-centered care that I expected from your esteemed clinic, which I have been a patient at for years. I would give zero star if I could, but I am giving one star for Blanca and the staff at Hope Main. She was kind, gentle, and understanding. Her energy was completely different than Vanessa’s. She helped me fix my issue and was able to schedule me at the correct location 10 minutes later. I would also like to thank the staff at Main for taking care of me and apologizing on Vanessa’s behalf. As a patient, I believe it is crucial for healthcare institutions to prioritize excellent customer service, starting from the moment patients walk through the door. The front desk serves as the first point of contact, and their actions directly contribute to shaping the overall impression of the clinic. I expect to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. The behavior I encountered contradicts these fundamental expectations and raises serious doubts about the overall quality of service provided by this location. I urge you to consider the impact that such unprofessionalism and indifference towards patient satisfaction can have on your clinic’s...

Don’t go with Dr Hanna Gawargious!!!

I just had my second baby on 1/23/2025 and the doctor screwed my parts… he did a wrong cut while I was delivering my baby, he didn’t even needed to cut anything as my baby was less than 5 pounds, instead of doing a proper episiotomy he made a cut inside me in my bulb and in a side of my clitoris which he didn’t even mind to repair or stitch, also he didn’t mentioned it to me and according to the law he should have reported to me, the nurses in the room saw what he did as they looked at me with a weird look that I didn’t understand at the moment… and a week after (today) 01/31/2025, I saw my parts in a mirror and I was horrified for what I saw, I panicked and started crying as I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, he destroyed my parts cosmetically and the emotional distress and anxiety he has created is enormous affecting my quality of life and my baby’s. This is not going to stop here. It will be escalated for sure, such a negligent Dr shouldn’t be practicing if he had no idea what he’s doing.

Update!!! I gave the Dr the opportunity to fix what he screw and guess what??? He screwed again and worst! Now my intimate parts looks terrible, my surgery was on Wednesday but let me tell you what he did, he stitched the part he cut during my delivery and he attached to the clit (which the cut was about 3mm away from it) a part of the inside skin is attached to the vaginal lip, and now under the clit I have a hard ball that wasn’t there before surgery, I know is still swollen but the unnecessary attachment is not going to change, and the ball probably won’t disappear by itself, it looks awful! I have cried so much! I’m gonna find a lawyer and file a lawsuit against Dr Hanna Gawargoius and the hospital for allowing such a bad Dr to practice on their facilities, someone is going to pay for what I’m going through. And if the hospital wants to reach me to settle (cause I have plenty of evidence of what it was and what it is now) feel free to contact me cause I’m not calling without a lawyer. Lazara Crespo, 11/19/1985. You can look me up in the system and call me.

This is the same review I left in HCA hospital and it’s the same hope clinic...
