Wild Cajun — Restaurant in Sugar Land

This place is okay it's never too crowded there's usually a reason why faces like this are not too crowded and it's probably because they don't have a special like they used to for crawfish especially in crawfish season most places offer all-you-can-eat for a set price or a special price per pound they used to do $5 per pound happy hour back in the day they don't do that anymore. I spoke to one of the waitresses she was really friendly I think she was overly friendly and I think she was expecting a big tip when I tipped her I only left five bucks because she didn't do anything for me and said bring me the food and that was it didn't even get a refill of water. This place is kind of outdated as well the music is too loud. We ordered 5 lb of crawfish it was mixed of medium and small with a few large crawfish. I ordered some potato corn and sausage but none of those items that I ordered extra were cooked with the Crawfish itself the potatoes were bland the corn was overly cooked in the sausage was nothing to talk about they charge you extra for all those items my opinion that she just boil that crawfish like you would at home and add all those ingredients and just serve everyone a little bit of each and then if you want to charge a little extra for some more then go...

Dirty! Everywhere! Restrooms, dirty. Dining room floors, dirty. Seating and tables, dirty. Windows and window sills, dirty. All non-alcoholic beverages were over priced vending machine cans and bottles. When we wanted to pay, the one and only waitress/ counter girl/ to go order prep person (so not really her fault but it wasn't THAT busy) took a long time to bring the check after we waved her down that we were ready to pay and then after running the payment card took it with her to take 2 to go orders, drop off food at one table, a drink "refill" at another and then back to the counter to converse with a coworker that had just arrived before bringing it back to our table to sign. We both ordered the shrimp (1 grilled and 1 blackened) with fresh vegetables and fried rice. The shrimp was tasty and blackened with a perfect amount of seasoning the veggies were standard and the rice kinda smelled weird so I didn't eat much of it. If I had not been on the verge of passing out from low blood sugar, we wouldn't have stayed and eaten...

This place has very horrible customer service. (Bellaire location)When we first arrived the young man came over and asked us for our drink order which took him atleast 20 minutes to bring us only because my husband had to remind him we hadn't got our drinks yet. The place was not busy for a Saturday night there was maybe 5 tables total with customers. The waiter never once came back and checked if we needed anything we had to catch the waitress passing by to get us refills. My daughter had to go to the front and ask for a to go box. And we never received our check we had to go to register to pay. I got the Spicy Cajun Wings they were okay. Shrimp fried rice was really good. My husband got crawfish he said it was good but could have gone to La crawfish down the road for better crawfish and service. We had never been to this place and thought we would give it a try but unfortunately we will not...
