If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. Everything was ok at first even though I felt like I over paid for the laptop charger I needed. Then when they called me and said my charger came in, I went ahead and got it from the store. I went home to see if the charger worked on my laptop. It didn't fit. So I called them to let them know. I was told to come in on that monday and not the weekend. So I came there that monday telling the employer which was a guy and telling him the charger didn't fit my laptop. He asked me if I had my laptop with me. I told him no and that he gave me a charger that wasn't for the type of laptop I have. He was claiming he was going off on some number that wasn't the full serial number on the charger. I knew something was wrong from the get go. He wanted to try some other charger to see if it would fit my laptop. I told him I already had found the same exact charger for my laptop. He asked me where did I find it? I told him online. I searched the correct serial number on the charger. So he told me they don't do refunds. So I lost out on 63 bucks for a bsing charger that was not for my type of laptop. It was so messed up how these people can rob you and not even search the correct info on the laptop charger you are trying to replace. You can't use just any laptop charger. It has to be the same exact brand. They oughta know this already. But their mentality is to take your money and run away with it. I'm never going back there. Everyone else should go...

Only advice I have if you buy a laptop/computer from them, make sure you have all the programs you need installed and that all components of the computer/laptop are working prior to taking it with you. Recently paid much more than I wanted to for a used laptop there but only local shop I could find Windows 7 on it. While they come with a 30-day guarantee, having to go back and forth to their shop and what not really is inconvenient and time consuming. The laptop I bought I specifically told them what I needed on it. Received it and incorrect version of IE was installed by them. It has 3 USB ports, webcam, HDMI, Ethernet connection, etc. Well since purchase I have realized the webcam does not work at all, only 2 of the 3 USB ports work, and the Ethernet slot does not work. Again, while they offered for me to bring it in for them to look at this would be the second time having to take it back and it is just not convenient. For the prices charged, everything should be in working order at the time of sale. Won't be returning to purchase...

Do not recommend this place took my son game there to fix PS5 port charge me 308.95. I even went to game stop and dollar general to buy the port the game still was not working. Owner told me a week it was three weeks later. And toss my receipt in the trash when the time of pu was not aware of no 30 day warranty had to get my son a new game for this Xmas. The manger will not fix it and told me he don't know what else to do. I highly do not recommend this place. Manger also stated that his devices get ship to NC to a company for repairs. So my son is out of game when a small issue cost me 308. My BF got him a whole new one with the amount of money spent just for repairs. And plus they charge my card on a Sunday when they were close when the device was not even fix. Thanks for online banking. And still had to wait 3 weeks in order to get it back. Sep Oct do...
