While volunteering in Texas, I awoke to water spraying out of my hot water heater. Since it was 6:30 in the morning, I knew it would be hard to find anything open. While searching the web, I came across Mobile RV’s info. I called and spoke with Steve at 7:00 in the morning, I explained what was happening and he said he could be to me by 9:30 that he had another repair ahead of me. He was thoughtful enough to text me when he was going to be a little later than our agreed upon time. He also let me know the best case scenario and price and the worst case scenario and price ahead of time for my consideration. His rates were very reasonable with a service call of $75 and a $45/hour rate. He spoke with my Insurance claim adjuster in order to provide them with all the necessary info. I had a wonder experience after My RV air went out in the South East Texas summer heat. After two bad experiences with different mobile repair companies I called Repair Solutions and was received by a very courteous coordinator who quickly got in touch with their technicians. They show up the same day and they diagnosed and repaired my A/C within minutes. The gentlemen were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. In addition, I was able to have them look at my overhead lighting and awning motor; both of which they repaired quickly. They went above and beyond and even worked after sunset while still staying within the expected job hour timeline they projected. Showed up, was a nice guy with his assistant spend long hours trying to fix the issues of water and gas. Assistant went to hone depot three times which drug it out, cost about 375 dollars, when they left water a pressure was zero, called and he showed up a couple of days later spent a lot of hours trying to fix it, but left it even more broken with the promise of coming back , came back with his wife the next day trying to fix it again for hours and hours. Left after breaking another part saying he would be back to fix it. It’s been a week and haven’t heard anything. If he comes back and fixes all this broken mess I will amend this post, but as of now.
