Naturally, this shop was my first choice. The gentleman was super helpful I suggested a metal one with silicone housing. I purchased it, and went home. It didn’t work for me regardless to how long it was heated. Nothing was falling so I contacted the store. The gentleman on the phone asked me to bring it in which I did today. I was told nothing could be done about it because there is no blockage; however, the product still doesn’t work. I wanted a simple exchange and was denied by the worker and manager. Read moreI used to visit Sunshine Daydream all the time in my younger days, but this is the first time I had been in at least a couple of years. They have moved to a new location that is slightly off the beaten trail, so that threw me off a bit, but once I was inside I could definitely see why they had chosen to move. The new store is quite a bit bigger, with a back room carrying a much larger selection of pipes & other smoking paraphernalia than ever before. The front room was also about twice the size of the old store, & I could've spent all day wondering around checking out the Tshirts, skirts, purses, & other "hippie" clothes. The workers were super friendly, as well, engaging in a conversation about music with me & answering all of my friends questions about some gifts she was trying to buy.
