Very rude worker I went in to get cbd oil with my husband to help with my medical problems and my husband who is older then me lost his I'd he dose not look young and I was denied serves because he did not have his I'd but I had mine my husband is the one who did all the reasearch on it and I just verifiefed the ml of cbd that I needed and I was denied service I am 21 years old seeking a product that I was of age to obtain for MY USE wnd was told I could not because I had to ask my husband for our money which he holds because he is the bread winner I never in my life have been so mad I will never shop at this location again the one in St. Louis is so much nicer and the workers are amazing this one not so much. Up until now, I was a faithful customer. My smoke group and myself shop here often for smoking supplies. On my birthday Saturday, my nectar collector broke. Naturally, this shop was my first choice. The gentleman was super helpful I suggested a metal one with silicone housing. I purchased it, and went home. It didn’t work for me regardless to how long it was heated. Nothing was falling so I contacted the store. The gentleman on the phone asked me to bring it in which I did today. I was told nothing could be done about it because there is no blockage; however, the product still doesn’t work. I wanted a simple exchange and was denied by the worker and manager. I used to visit Sunshine Daydream all the time in my younger days, but this is the first time I had been in at least a couple of years. They have moved to a new location that is slightly off the beaten trail, so that threw me off a bit, but once I was inside I could definitely see why they had chosen to move. The new store is quite a bit bigger, with a back room carrying a much larger selection of pipes & other smoking paraphernalia than ever before. The front room was also about twice the size of the old store, & I could've spent all day wondering around checking out the Tshirts, skirts, purses, & other "hippie" clothes. The workers were super friendly, as well, engaging in a conversation about music with me & answering all of my friends questions about some gifts she was trying to buy.
