Absolutely horrible experience. We arrived before 8pm when they closed at 9:30pm. We were seated, the floor was filthy had whole pieces of food, napkins etc on the floor. We went to get our food and I informed the host about my son's birthday which I agreed to pay and extra $3 whatever no biggie. There was so many food items 20+ that were empty or close to it so you didn't want to eat the last dried out bit. So I got the hibachi style option, tipped the gentleman $10 for the 4 of us. As we ate no one came by to pick up plates, refill any drinks, absolutely no service. Every single employee at the same time was sitting down eating at two separate tables. I got up to ask the host if there was anyone to refill drinks. 10mins later a girl came with the wrong drinks. I stacked up the plates on the side of the table to get them to come get them. I had to ask if they were bringing more food out. We were not alone in the restaurant and no one was being helped. I told them to cancel the "celebration" charge since they can't even do their actual job. This use to be a great restaurant that my children loved to go to for their birthdays now it was a $90!!!!! absolutely rip off. If you're going to charge 90 for 4 adults you should at least have the good you're supposed to. They shut the chocolate fountain off there were no desserts compared to what they used to have and what was there looked disgusting. It should be zero stars. 10 out of 10 do...
Read moreI was here for the first time and was excited about it trying the food. It smelled great but we didn't get past the front door. We were not greeted (look like the 3 hostesses we're dealing with looking for something and ignoring guest) I said to my sister while we wait let's go to the restroom to wash our hands. When we got there the door was wide open with a fan blowing the floor dry and there was no soap in the bathroom. There was a big green bottle of pot cleaner and degreaser on the sink. I was disgusted so I asked the hostess for soap and she acted as if I was bothering her she goes well it's in the dispenser with a nasty attitude and comes in the bathroom snatching the the dispenser off the wall which I already told her it was either empty/broken. She can't get it to work so she throws a fit leavings to tell someone else who comes to help with an attitude as well. I asked I know not supposed to use this degreaser, can you at least go in the kitchen to bring out soap for the guest. She said no and I'm like is it not any in there too...if you don't have anything in the restroom for guest then clearly you don't have any in the kitchen. We told them we disgusted and left. so this means all the people in there eating aren't washing their hands and touching things there. It's disgusting and the hostesses attitudes we're disgusting as well. I don't think they deserve any 🌟 but I had to...
Read moreThe only food that is hot is the food that the chef cooks on the spot for you. The chicken that is used to prepare your on the spot grilled food has no seasoning what so ever. They will add sauce of your choice after it is cooked but the meat itself is not previously marinaded in any seasoning prior to cooking which makes for a bland dish. They have 3 different kinds of fried chicken which I thought was cool but two of the choices I chose were cold. The hot wings were not spicy. The only option they have to spice it up is sirachi sauce. Also it would be nice to accommodate the customers who are allergic to shellfish by separating the shellfish ingredients from all other food to prevent cross contamination. Every station has some form of shellfish. I understand it is a seafood buffet but I like going out to eat with my family. So it would be nice if they would consider the family members who cannot eat the seafood. Most of the food is saturated with sugar and not very tasty. The salad bar tongs were laying on top of the lettuce and the romaine and iceberg lettuce was not even chopped up in bite sized pieces. Hokkaidos is big and just a bunch of hype. Everybody is a follower. Can we get some real food please! Not mass produced cheapie...
