Cold brew sometimes does not work, never gets order right (why can’t they figure out my topping to drinks or the correct syrup to add to it when it is their drink combo?), they take a while too long to make the drinks, sometimes my hot drink is just barely room temperature and at other times it is so hot I can’t drink for 30 mins! Is this an equipment issue or employee? Not sure. There is no consistency. I now go to the location at Barnes & Noble because they always can make my order & right. I get simple starbucks hot white chocolate mocha or cocoa, so it’s not like this location had some complicated things to make. The food here tastes less than fresh as well. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and the person at the window did not say, “sorry for the wait” or anything to acknowledge the wait time. Also, the drink received was wrong:(.
