We went to a lot of different ring shops to find the best product and the best price. My fiancé knew exactly what she wanted so finding a place that would make a customized ring was essential.

Other places told us the base of the ring would be too fragile and struggled to develop the ring we wanted. Kantor Diamond worked quickly and efficiently to develop mock ups, found a beautiful diamond that was larger than we wanted, higher ratings on the clarity and color and for half the price of everyone else.

The staff here is knowledgable and easy to do business with. Brianna even drove up to Seattle to hand deliver my ring so I could propose on a certain date.

I bought an engagement ring for my fiancé. Less than 6 months,( 5 to be exact,), she noticed a crack on the side of it. We brought it in to have it looked at and see what was wrong. It had cracked through the middle. They then told me they don't warrantee their diamonds. Brought it to 5 different jewelers and they said the had never seen that happened to any diamond before. They asked me about the warranty, told them there wasn't one. They were apolled by my response. The diamond is worthless now and I ended up buying another one from a different jeweler. Do NOT shop here. Dishonest. They sell stones with bogus appraisals.

They sold me a stone with an EGL USA appraisal/grading... total garbage. Over a dozen other jewelers have told me that this appraisal/grading is trash.

EGL is used by dishonest jewelers. EGL inflates the rating on stones so these types of con artists can overcharge you.

Just Google GIA vs. EGL grading and see for yourself. Now I am stuck with a stone that I can not sell for even HALF of what I paid.

I have called them several times, and of course, THEY are not willing to pay what they say it's worth.
