Update: 5-19-2022
I was food poisoned and the chef tried to give me salmonella today.
I was served raw meat today in my sandwhich.
I wasnt taken care of and I was laughed at on three different occasions by the asian female waitress.
When I initially told staff my meat wasnt cooked she lied and said thats how it's supposed to be.
I had to ask for a refund.
Also:
The menu has changed recently.
The prices are much more expensive, for example the steak is about $10 more expensive now and is $30.
They are significantly upcharging, lowing the menu quality, treating guests horridly.
Update: 3 stars
The sandwich tasted oily and it wasn't worth the price.
A very small portion of fries too. Not worth the $22. I wouldn't pay $12.
The fries were tasty and I got a large plate of fries after the fact because they seasoned my fries instead of serving plain fries as I asked. Seevice was good for the fries issue.
The pudding type dessert was good, but it tasted just like basic vanilla pudding with a heated sugar coating.
Women Chef Victoria cooked the best tasting steak I've ever eaten for the most part. It was near perfect, a bit more medium than rare though, but still good overall. Steak near melted in my mouth, but not quite the quality of melt in your mouth steak. Hence the more medium than rare for the medium rare steak I ordered. The salad was mostly well balanced and tasted good, but some of the tomatoes were an odd color as if they were under or over rip or had gone bad? Idk if it was worth $23 dollars but it sure tasted good overall. (There was one piece of the steak that was cooked well done and didnt taste like the rest of the steak and had bits of unedible and tough fats/meat, notice the piece on the far left looks out of order, and it was not to my liking at all.)
I recommend eating here.

Read moreOrdered a few meals online this evening. Delivery was pleasantly quick. We ordered a salad which was quite good, a French dip with a side of fries and aus jus dip, and a cheese pizza. The salad was on par with a previous order from this restaurant, but everything else seemed to drop off from here. The French dip was mid level and might have been better but for the fact that it was completely cold. By the looks of the melted cheese it was prepared a very long time before we ordered it. The aus jus dip was equally cold and seemed like it too had been prepared for someone during the days' lunch crowd. The worst part of this portion of our meal was the fries. Again, cold. And most likely made hours prior to us receiving them. Tried to reheat them but it made them no better as they should have been thrown out and not served to a customer. The pizza (surprise) was....COLD! Not impressed at all. How do you fail at making a cheese pizza?? This place figured it out by serving it cold, and by ensuring it didn't taste like a cheese pizza....sigh. Will never be ordering food from this establishment ever again. Even if I wanted something served cold.
If you're considering eating here...don't. If you've ordered from here and are surprised by this review, please know we were surprised too....how does a place allow food of this quality to be served with their...
Read moreFood is great and consistent, ambience is pleasant, service used to be Nordstrom’s. The new chef is rude. He cannot handle talking to people who are unhappy. He does not handle tough situations with the renowned Nordstrom’s care. My mother and I ate there the other day and were brought cold food and juice. We were already through a whole glass of wine. Then it took way to long to get warm broth. I asked for the manager and it was the new head chef who spoke to me and he was defensive. I simply said hey my mom and received our food late we still don’t have our broth. He said yes we’re struggling tonight what else do you want? I was so appalled and felt devestated. The head waitress was so polite and understood our concern and made it up to us with desert. We finally received Nordstrom’s service but I will never forget how that chef made me feel on a day well spent...
