ZAGG Tacoma — Attraction in Tacoma

I’m not sure how this place has such good reviews when every time I come it’s a negative experience from the same person. Maybe all the positive reviews are from customers that are using the promotion to get something free when they write a review? I have been here a few times to replace my screen and it’s always the same lady that I get bad service from, she has mentioned before that she’s the manager. She is extremely unprofessional and has no filter when she talks. She talked negatively of other employees to her customers. Focuses on socializing with others instead of just getting the job done quickly for the customer. When she handed me my phone after finishing the installation, I told her that there was still a lot of dirt and she agreed so she tried to fix it. She ended up making it worse. She told me that because of how bad the outcome was when she tried to fix it, she had to do it all over again (which I was okay with). Then she decided that she was going to pause on my service so she could eat lunch and I would have to wait 30 minutes. So after being at this stand for about an hour now after waiting and getting service, I had to wait even longer because she did such a poor job installing it. Upon leaving, she told me that has made sure to hand me my phone is perfect condition so I have no reason to come back in 10 minutes to complain again in a negative tone. I would not recommend any of the screen protectors from this company. I have always just put a cheap screen protector on my phone and a good case, and never ever had a screen crack. I had purchased a new phone so I decided to do a little extra. It was one of the invisible sheild glass protectors from Zagg. Within a week I noticed a shatter on the bottom corner, not recalling dropping my phone at all. So because I had a life time warranty I traded it in but afraid that another glass one would shatter again I requested an upgrade to one of the vinyl "more sturdy" ones that were supposed to be made from the material that lines helicopter propellers. Well go figure, I actually drop my phone and my phone screen shatters. So again I go through the exchange process to get get another. I was very upset that yet another one of their products had failed to protect my phone screen. I'm not the type of person to get all angry and demand something free, but the customer service for this company is actually quite outstanding so I got a free upgrade for a different protector. BUT not even 3 days later there was another mysterious shatter in the corner and a fine crack down the top center. Moral of the story: great customer service, unreliable products. Sorry Zagg I can't recommend you to anyone I know not purchase any of your products ever again. But thank you for attempting...

I absolutely love Zagg! My entire family trusts and relies on their screen protectors. And the.Zagg in Tacoma mall is fabulous. I called today because I had to get a new phone case due to an injury. The old one provided a lot. Tection, but the buttons were so hard to use. I didn’t know what to do, and then I Zagg! So I’ve got an inexpensive case off Amazon through the screen protector that came with it away and headed straight to Zagg. The manager was so friendly and helpful when I called making sure what I needed was in stock, and that they would go above and beyond and help me get the phone out of the case which they normally don’t do. He was wonderful. As soon as the phone case arrived. I headed there, but Amazon was a little late and he was off, but the gal that was, there was so sweet and so helpful and now my phone is protected and I can use it even with my injured hand, and due to the wonderful experience I had there.
