If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m truly disappointed by our experience today. My husband, our four children, and I ordered three drinks and four meals. After realizing we were short one meal (my two youngest daughters share one) I added another to the order after already paying for the first order, essentially paying again right after. However, the cashier was quite discourteous and told us simply to wait “down there at the end,” and he would add it to the first order number. While waiting, our egg rolls were forgotten—yet we saw other customers receiving theirs. Eventually, another staff member realized we were still waiting and delivered the egg rolls. We then sat down, only to discover that one of the meals lacked the chicken topping. I sent our 14-year-old back to have them correct it. But after some time, he returned without the plate and said it had been taken, topped with chicken, and served to someone else! Given that my son is recovering from a cold, this was extremely unsanitary. My husband approached the same staff member (the man with glasses) to clarify. He was told to bring all the food back to the front—even though some of it had already been eaten. Instead, my husband recorded a video. After reviewing it alongside our initial sticker order, the staff insisted we had received all the food—despite the fact that one plate was given to someone else. We work hard for our money and rarely eat out, which made this experience especially upsetting. The level of service we received is unacceptable. We will not be returning, and we will be sharing our experience with others.

I have always had an amazing experience when going here in the past but this most recent visit was less then satisfying. I brought my significant other here for his first time I hyped up the food because every time before I had a phenomenal experience. The issue I had with my visit was the woman at the register seemed disinterested in helping me and inconvenienced even though I was the only customer in line. I asked her to please put extra sauce on both my lunch trays and she said okay I watched the cook prepare my food from a table and bag it with no extra sauce. I know this may seems a bit dramatic to be so upset over but the extra sauce really ties the WHOLE dish together! It Coats the veggies and rice/noodles and is heavenly. On top of that when I asked the cook who handed me my food to make sure there was soy and plum sauce in the bag the cashier interjected rudely saying that everything was in the bag. The nice cook gave me more anyways which I appreciate. I was also disappointed that they didn’t give me chopsticks and assumed I only wanted a fork. 🙃 the last issue wasn’t my but my boyfriends he said his egg rolls were hard and dry as if they had been sitting in the warmer a...

This has been a go to spot for my family, friends, and most of my significant others including my current one whenever we are hungry and at Tacoma Mall. I miss when they had punch cards but not they only have it when they have it on their app but it only applies if you do an online order.

The food here has consistently good the food has been. There are times where the rice might be a bit too mushy or undercooked but other than that, the meats are always good great and the steamed vegetables are delicious and made to perfection. The service here is decent, the cashier is usually friendly and professional and the cooks are good about announcing order numbers and making sure orders go to the right people. The food also doesn't take too long either which is great as they always have a line here. The station can be clean for the most part but sometimes it does get messy due to customers. I also appreciate that they have sriracha packets rather than the bottle cause I felt grossed out cause some people just don't know...
