Fred Ball Park — Attraction in Tampa

Well i really dispise public park that pretend to be public. When access is limited or you feel as if this is a private park. Overall this is a small park adjacent to a high-rise condo building. There's a cute gazebo and walking trails. When parked at the few parking spaces available you can see all the way to the next street. Which makes the park seem bigger. This park offers some basics like picnic tables and a small parking area. It is kept up by the local garden club but there aren't any gardens. It could use some attention and has potential. The location is great if you want to park for a bike ride or walk along Bay Shore Drive which is famous for its views of Tampa Bay and unbelievable homes...
