AR Workshop Tampa — Attraction in Tampa

I had the pleasure to attend 3 workshops at AR now and I will definitely come back for more. Between the personal , welcoming treatment from the owner/host, Jennifer, to the design of the workshop you will get the ultimate experience.

Jennifer is both personal and professional. She will make you feel as part of her home world and guide you through your project offering professional tips yet keeping you authentic to your taste. She had multiple assistants ( I worked with lovely Eva) and each of them are well trained to assist providing guidance including hands on.

The atmosphere in the shop is unique, welcoming filled with ideas which you can choose from to customize your project. You can bring your own drinks and light food to have a lovely evening as a couple, girlfriend night out or with your children.

I am attaching my latest creation for Halloween. I love skeletons , rustic/used vintage look. Jennifer recommended me to make the “creekin’ it real” sign and put a twist finish that will make it look more rustic.

My husband and I came here for the Valentines Day date night special they had. We got to work together on 1 project and they provided dinner from the restaurant next door. There were various issues with the restaurant but the AR staff handled it really well and I don't think it impacted our experience at all. The staff members were all really helpful & personable! They gave us good direction while still letting us get creative. They have SO MANY designs to choose from, I think anyone could find something they like. The ONLY thing I think could be improved upon is seating. I wish they would assign your seat for events like this since there are so many people coming. My husband and I arrived on time and our table was already full and we had to sit on opposite sides of the table from each other since no one at our table would move. As someone who has attended a few classes at this location, their customer service is only bested by their ridiculous variety and range of products. I was a bit perplexed by a previous review that claimed there was a lack of options... so I did some quick math. When you consider the paint options, stains, finishes, and projects available, there are - I kid you not - over a quarter of a million possibilities. That's my conservative estimate. Which also doesn't take into consideration that you can have designs custom made for each project, at which point that number literally jumps to infinity.
