The owner needs to learn incrementally more about customer service. She is rude and condescending and not customer service oriented in the least. She yelled at my wife on the phone and berated me on separate phone calls after my wife noticed one of the straps on her hours old dress was broken.
We were very rudely informed of the stores no return policy, which is fine, but the owner should know that it's not what you say it's how you say it. Belittling first time customers is not the way to earn repeat business. She should be more mindful of her words and tone and recognize that the retail clothing landscape is saturated and extremely competitive.
Customer service should be a top priority and sadly it's non existent. "I'm not talking to a man again so don't call here anymore!" were her final words before hanging up on me....
