The Clement — Attraction in Tarentum

THE MOST AMAZING/UNDERRATED VENUE IN/NEAR PITTSBURGH

If you are in need of an event venue for ANYTHING, use The Clement. The space is right in Tarentum (10-15 minutes North of Pittsburgh and just off of 28), has its own on-site parking, is located inside what used to be a church and it is beautiful.

Bathrooms, full commercial kitchen, high vaulted ceilings, built-in sound system that is spectacular (and that’s coming from a recording/performing musician and audio-tech) and it’s just freaking cool. You can host anything there, with special permission = have alcohol at your event, they have additional accommodations and booking if you need to stay overnight including individual tri-fold mattresses with sheets, blankets, pillows and pillow cases and even tents to have set up indoors for privacy. Separate bathrooms and even 2 different showers in the building.

The prices are incredibly fair with half-day, full-day or by-the-hour rentals and YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY OTHER VENUE LIKE IT. Period. Nowhere else offers this much convenience, character, options and accommodations. And, might I add, that folks that run it are the nicest people.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Clement April 2024. The process was very easy from reserving a time to look at the venue to the event itself. Jamie, who works at The Clement, did an amazing amount of extra work for us. She had all of tables and chairs set up for us early the day before, as well as moved all of the extra furniture, which we planned on doing ourselves. After the our wedding many of our guests had told us that really like the venue and thought it was a beautiful space. We had 84 guests in addition to vendors so we were a little concerned about parking but none of our guests had any issues. We highly recommend having your next event at The Clement. This space is just lovely and Phillip goes above and beyond to make your experience positive. The Clement has so much character and Phillip is actively working to make the space better and more functional while continuing to highlight its beauty. We hosted our wedding of about 60 people here (ceremony and reception) and the kitchen availability was perfect for our catering staff's needs, the space was beautifully represented in our photos, having access to tables/chairs/bar was a big cost saver, the parking lot and street parking was easy for our guests, and ramp access was great for our guests that needed accommodations.
