My husband bought me a belle etoile ring for christmas in 2019. Last year in November we took it in to get it sized. They told me it would be $65 to get it sized. I said ok. A couple weeks went by and I didn’t hear from them so I called and asked them what was happening. They told me that it couldnt be sized because of the enamel on the ring that I would have to get a whole new ring but not to worry that I would not have to pay anything it was covered. I said then go ahead and order one I mean who wouldn’t say yes. I just wanted me ring back. It was t the same as the original but at least it would be the right size. They also said it would be around 8 weeks to get it in.
8 weeks went by and we still hadn’t heard from them so my husband called and they said it was to be 8 to 10 weeks that they had to order another one. He said then just give us the old one back. They said they could t that they sent it back. Which was I guess fine.
Recently, We went to pick it up and they still charged us $65 for the new ring. Which means we paid an additional $65 for the same ring. They didn’t cover it at no extra cost luke they said they would.
My opinion is they went to size it realized they couldn’t ruined it and then sent it back because everytime we asked for the old ring they said they sent it back to manufacture and we could t get it back
Had I known that they we’re still charging me $65 for the new ring I would’ve kept the old ring and given it to my daughter and bought a brand new ring. The manager said that it was probably her fault for the miscommunication. If that was the case she should’ve eaten the $65. We will not be spending our money there in the future. Also make sure when they quote you something or tell you something that you get it in writing. We bought multiple things but will nit be going back. Hard to find a good jeweler. We won’t be using...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I had been looking for the perfect engagement ring, and had been to those "other" jewelry stores at the mall and such, when one night we were driving around, I said to her, let's stop in at Seita Jewelers and see what they have in here. I work near Seita Jewelers, and have driven past many times on my way into work, but had never stopped in before this night. We go in, and were greeted by the very friendly sales staff, and they asked us what we were looking for, and we said that we were looking at engagement rings, so they took us to the display case that they were in, and they had a very nice selection to choose from, but not what my girlfriend was looking for. They did have a band that she absolutely loved, but not the diamond in it, she wanted a blue diamond as the main stone for her ring, and the sales woman tells us that we could buy the band without the diamond that was in it, and have a blue diamond set in it's place, which made my girlfriend extremely happy, then they even had 3 blue diamonds brought in for us to choose one from, and we found the perfect one for her engagement ring. About a week later, Seita Jewelers called us and said that the ring was done, and it turned out to be even more beautiful and amazing than we ever thought that it would be, my girlfriend was absolutely stunned by it, a totally one of a kind engagement ring that no one else will ever have another one like it, all thanks to Seita Jewelers and their very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. If you are ever looking for a fine piece of jewelry, forget the "other" jewelry stores, and do yourself a favor, and go to...
Read moreI have had many experiences with this fine jewelry store, and they have all been far beyond excellent. Many gifts to others were acquired, here, and all were quite well-received. However, it is this photographed gift to myself, that bears the greatest mention. My love for amber, diamond, and gold drew me nowhere but Seita's, when an idea formed in my mind's eye. I wanted a ring created from my imagination, bringing together these 3 favorite jewelry items, into one rugged and masculine, but still brilliant and beautiful ring. I came to the store with a childlike drawing - the best that I could muster. I presented it to Lenny, who "fleshed-it-out" with his own artistic hand. He brought the idea out of my head, and onto paper, in the first of a series of steps, that resulted in this magnificent, jeweled-eye-candy, which is my own finished ring. I could not possibly have any greater satisfaction, than this end product of mine, and mostly Seita's, efforts. The picture , that I included was all that I had available to post. Unfortunately, it is a mere diagram, though still a modest visual description of my ring. Even actual photos, can't seem to fully capture it's fire, glow and luster. Finally, I must declare, that Seita's is the best company, that I've done business with in my entire 58 years of existence. Every visit, to this exceptionally, visually-appealing and elegant store, has been a pleasure. There is no assumption that I am a valued customer. Rather, service and quality products, along with a friendly, welcoming staff are proof positive. Thank You Seita Jewelers, Your Happy, Loyal...
