We came from out of state for a wedding and us guys had a great time on the water. Mark and his team was professional and very informative on safety, and operation of the 6 jetskis we rented. It was NOT overpriced. We had a great experience. I called him on the phone a few days before arriving and knew what to expect. The skis were very new, just a few weeks old, but that doesn't mean they haven't already been scratched or damaged by jack-wagons with no respect for other people's property, renting them before us. But they were still a blast to be on. As for the few poor reviews out there, from what I've read you all come off as the type that feel you are entitled, and expect everything to be perfect, get over yourselves. And also learn how to spell. In my experience, the 'poor' reviews stem from this type of attitude and a lack of understanding. First of all, forget the online booking, get off your insecure, unsocial, reclusive, introverted keester and give these guys a call, Mark will tell you everything you need to know and help you with your desire to use HIS equipment. And just like you, he doesn't want people tearing anything up. As a business owner, he has a right to refuse service to anyone, and usually, the ones that are high risk for causing mayhem and high cost damages, are easily read. And it has nothing to do with race or gender so you can stop right there. As far as old equipment, as people like yourselves rent them and cause excessive wear and tear on them, they will age faster and it is tough to try and buy new equipment all the time to make every experience perfect. But Mark and his team do the best dang job to make it as perfect as possible, and they explain everything. But as a renter, you play a role in the experience as well. You must understand the responsibility you have as a consumer to respect and honor what service they are providing and the risks involved, not just yours, but theirs too. And contrary to belief, the customer is NOT always right. They can be very difficult to please, especially when they feel entitled just by being a customer. But it takes both the customers understanding and respectful attitude, and the business owners diligence, professionalism, and thankful attitude, to make a great experience, and that's what we got. If you think the price is high, it matches the risks, and if you still think it's high, then go buy your own and try renting it to a stranger. So, if you're worried about a few poor reviews and you're on the fence about using this business, get off the fence and go talk to Mark and his team. Then go have a great time! And tell...
Read moreOne couldn't ask for a better experience than renting a pontoon boat from Premier. We took a party of 8, started at 9:15AM and proceeded thru the Mt. Dora Canal. We were the ONLY boat in the canal and the birds, gators and turtles were just waking up and busy feeding themselves and their hatchlings. Anhinga, cranes, gators, turtles...it was a feast of nature. We then went to Mt. Dora, tied up at the City Dock (free), shopped in Mt. Dora and then had an amazing lunch at Pisces Rising. We then crossed the lake to look at the homes on Deer Island, went back thru the canal (a bit busier but very easy to navigate) and returned to the dock around 3:30. The day wasn't rushed - we did everything we wanted to do. Pontoon boat was sanitized, staff wore masks and socially distanced for those that this is a concern. Boat had a canopy for those that wanted shade. We had two experienced boaters on board, but a decade since they used a boat...but plenty of women back-seat navigators! Every single person on the boat wanted to make it an annual event and we will do just that. People in and around The Villages are always looking at things to do with their guests and family, and this would be a highlight of anyone's...

Mark the owner is who I spoke with and let tell you. I was very pleased with the conversation I had with Mark. He is very knowledgeable and very up front about everything involving the rental of a boat. I was looking for something I could fish from with my son. Mark set me up with an awesome 18' pontoon boat. The boat was clean, in excellent shape with nice quiet 40 hp Yamaha 4 stroke engine.. The young man ( unfortunately I didn't get his name ) that went over the boat and paper work was outstanding as well.. We had zero problems with the rental or the actual boat.. bottom line great people to deal with and great equipment and they have a bait and tackle store on site as well.. You can't go wrong and I almost forgot, The rental fees are Awesome as well... I believe you'll be happy and I know I'll be renting...
