I was down visiting my father in the Villages from NYC, and brought my 4 year old with me. On the days that we had some rain, we were left with little options. After a Google search, I found Jungle Zone. The admission price was jaw droppingly reasonable and they don't charge for the parent! Inside, alongside a very large and activity filled toddler and baby zone there were many BIG bouncey castles/slides/houses/climbing walls/obstacle course etc. I am not done! There is also ample space for the parents to sit amongst the bounce jungle. Nice plush recliner chairs line the back wall and next to it are picnic table seating for when you order the quick treats from the also comforting prices of the concession stand! I'm not done, AGAIN! In the back room there is an arcade! Not many games and some of the annoying "no win" arm grabber games but also, a batman "first person batmobile" game and a small toddler sized racing game. Lastly, there was abundant spaces for parties in their own rooms but next door to one another in case you need more than one room and the closely placed bathrooms could accommodate multiple people. I loved this place. We will be back on our next trip, and the one after that, and the one after that....you get the picture ;)

(Updated) they have completely redone this place since pre-covid when I last went. My boys are much older now (7 and 9) and they absolutely had a blast. Played for hours and were exhausted when we left. (Too exhausted to fight 😂). Staff is very helpful. Definitely will be back soon. You can’t really beat the price and size of this place. It’s no where near as crowded as many of the other indoor blow up places. The slides were easy enough for my 3 year old to get up, but sturdy enough that I could go up there with him. The big ones you come down FAST. My 5 year old was scared of one of them because he shot off the end of it. But they have floor mats there to protect them. It’s a great way to get kids energy out at a great price. One caution I will say it’s easy to get like floor burn type of burn on the slide so make sure they keep their arms up (one got an elbow burn) and don’t go down on the lie belly (one for a bad chin burn). But it didn’t stop them, they kept playing and we have been back since. Great fun.

Took my 3 1/2 year old here on a Saturday. Paid $5 for her + $2 for socks and I was free. Upon entry staff person was not very personable, not nasty but not very happy or friendly. They have a good selection of large inflatables plus an area for adults to sit in massage recliners, I just sat on the many benches and picnic tables since I had to keep following my child. There's plenty of space for kids to run, inflatable choices for smaller kids too. Food window was pricey but had a decent selection. Restroom was pretty clean as was the facility. We enjoyed our visit and will return. UPDATE: We went back again a few months later and staff members were very friendly. Now with Covid concerns, I just read their website and it appears they've been busy updating sanitation procedures and are open, so we will definitely be going back soon. Glad to hear they're open! Owner contacted me regarding earlier staff comment, which I appreciate. Prices up slightly but great place to take kids, rain or shine.

I came here to RAVE about Jungle Zone! We just had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and it was FANTASTIC!! Amy had helped me with my initial contact and questions regarding the party, and she really knew her stuff! She gave me great suggestions, and even helped so I wasn't spending unnecessary money! She also answered all emails/questions up to the party date very quickly and never made me feel like I was bothering her. I have thrown my daughter every party before this and can never relax/talk/enjoy it. All I had to do was bring decorations prior and then the cake/balloons the day of. We walked in and without even giving them direction on setup we/my daughter was blown away at how amazing the room looked. They set up the room so beautifully and utilized all my decor it was so amazing. Brittany was our party host and was phenomenal. She was so attentive and made sure we didn't need anything and when we did she was right there. We ordered some extra pizza/and the nuggets which were fantastic.Brittany also helped with passing out the food/drinks/ and handling the cake for me which was such a nice treat that I did not have to even think about it. The prices are SO reasonable and having a little one also it was so nice that they have the soft play area/smaller bounce houses. The seating for adults is also fantastic! Brandi (not sure how to spell her name, I apologize) was also fantastic. They never make you feel like you cannot ask a question and even if they aren't your direct party host they are so friendly/helpful ALWAYS. Even the young man who handles concessions or is out watching the kids was always so nice! You do not have to worry about clean up either! That was enough to sell me on the deal in the first place! We just took gifts/any decor we wanted to keep and the rest they took care of. I cannot say enough great things about this place/their staff. If you are on the fence, BOOK THE PARTY. The only negative about this place is that there isn't a negative so my daughter wants to go back all the time! Thank you Jungle Zone for a wonderful/memorable...

I had son's 6th birthday party this past Saturday at this facility, I was very disappointed. First as we walked in I noticed a flyer informing me you were closing at 6pm that evening which was the first I heard of that and wondered why I was not informed of that when the young lady called Thursday to confirm my party, she informed Saturday she was unaware of the earlier closing time until that afternoon. So my son was very disappointed when we had to leave early along with his friends. Also the pizza was over 45 mins late to the party so we had to rush the rest of the party due to the early closing time. Also non of your employees ever checked on us to see if we needed anything soda refills, plates, if everything was ok etc, usually someone checks to make sure everything is ok or if anything else is needed. When I needed soda refills I had to wait in line for 15 minutes, which is little ridiculous. This is my son's first birthday party with his friends from school and I was very disappointed with the whole party from the time we walked in until the time we were rushed out due to a last minute closure which caused my son's party to be cut short. We have been regular customers of this establishment the past 5 years and have recommended this place to several people and however after this bad experience and the company not answering my email I sent after this experience I will no longer be a customer along with several of my friends. I am very very...
