Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

It just opened, but that makes no difference. If you want to review a Taco Bell this is how you do it. This one actually gets 4.5 stars. You are actually mostly rating the crew training and freshness of the product. Order 5 crunchy Taco Supremes. This allows you to test consistency and freshness of the Taco as well as freshness of the ingredients. You can visually see the freshness of the produce and sour cream. If the Taco sticks to the paper and breaks, the meat and the shell where sitting before you ordered it. Lettuce and tomato should be nicely colored and not slimy. The sour cream should be smooth fresh tasting and without lumps.

Here is the review. From order to transaction completion the staff was polite and professional. The Tacos were crisp and fresh made with fresh ingredients. I rarely give 5 stars so 4.5 is as good as it gets. I will revisit in a couple of months. My top 2 Taco Bells for the area is this one and the one by Wal-Mart in Mt Dora.

Update 10-25-2022 This place is still rocking it. They had ingredients difficulties during the peak of COVID like everyone else. Some of the staff has changed which is to be expected in fast food, however they are still well trained, polite and the food is great. Still at 4.5 stars.

ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEW LEFT BY TYLER. Kyle is my husband. The review left by Tyler is falsely trying to slander his name. The reasons I know this are as follows;

Kyle didn't wear his name tag. So someone would have had to give him Kyle's name and he already said he didn't go back inside.

Kyle was friendly with EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER. I don't know if Tyler's wife just said Kyle was hitting on her and ran with it or what, but kindness isn't flirting. Society nowadays can't seem to get a grip on that concept.

One of the employees there falsely accused of him of making remarks about her that were sexual in nature right before Tyler's review was made. I know Kyle didn't say things like that about the Employee because he would constantly complain about her and talk about how he dislikes her.

This feels like someone associated with that employee that was trying to set him up to make him look guilty. I would also like to add that an investigation was done on that claim by upper management and absolutely nothing was found. DO NOT BUY INTO THE SLANDEROUS REVIEW...

I'm a big fan of Taco Bell in general, one of the things I like about it, as a young guy, I'm often getting back late from places and I'm hungry and they're supposed to be open late. Attempted to go in this morning, their menu was on, and displaying everything, but no one was there at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning. Sign says 7A to 11P in the window, weekends may vary, so I looked online and the posted hours on Sundays is 7A to 12A, if your hours are posted 7A to 12A, be open when your hours are posted. This is not the first time this has happened, if you stop in at this Taco Bell past 9:30 there will be people inside but they will not answer you. Frankly, it's disappointing, I know that things can happen and people can be short-staffed but there should be a sign over the ordering kiosk at the drive-thru that says that they are short staffed or closing early...
