The worst service, beware! I sent my teenage daughter in on her own because there was no parking. She told the waxer she wants eyebrows, upper lip and sideburns done. My daughter asked if she can pay before, but they told her no she can pay after the service. There was a reason. They have a technique where they’ll do what you asked for but continue to ask if you want them to do additional areas. My daughter thinking they’re asking about her side burns says yeah if you have to then okay. They waxed her side burns plus all the sides of her face down to her chin on both sides. And then they charged her a full face waxing price. Scammers! Next time just do what you were told to do and don’t do extra. Do not take advantage of a child, ever!

I am actually thankful I walked in when I did because I did stop the waxer from continuing her unasked for waxing. Your price list has $9 for eyebrows, $5 for upper lip, and $10 for side burns, so yes even after I said I was unhappy you still over charged me. The owner is Pakistani and very arrogant & rude to desi/Pakistani people.She thinks she is the best in town . I went 2 times but did not even made my eyebrows that nice. I waited for long to get my eyebrows done because she has a Spanish lady who doesn’t understand or speak Spanish . When I said I’m waiting for such a long the owner answered rudely and said me to wait, while she was so nice to other ladies. She was acting like a racist.

Update: I did not come to you for a year . I always went to someone else so came to you for 2 or 3rd time only. I’m not your regular customer. Stop making up stories for good reviews and blaming on customers that we did not make appointment and walked in. And yes you treat people differently, we don’t need your stories here . Horrible! I have been going to this place for couple of months,i was so happy that I found a threading place owned by a Pakistani lady close to my house.But when I went to her place first time she asked me to post a good review which I didn't, after that she made me wait longer than other customers although I booked appointment, I ignored in the beginning but I noticed her behavior is so disrespectful to the "desi" customers,and if you complain about time she will ask you to sit next to the spanish assistant who knows nothing about threading.this place isn't good anymore.
