I was charged 130 dollars for a new set and a pedicure. the new set alone was 100. Which if the work was phenomenal i would be like take my money, however. I should’ve known better when the woman doing my nails aggressively and hurriedly was taking my old acrylic off and stabbed my nail trying to pry one off.

I asked for acrylic nails, the lady claimed they only did uv. which I was like ok not a huge deal. i asked for shorter length, every time i said “ shorter” she would cut the tiniest bit off. I even showed her where i wanted it cut and still she did not go to that length. Next i was like “you're going to file it down?” and she said yes. she did not. there still long (for me). Next issue. i asked for coffin nails….my nails are rectangular. Mind you before the uv gel went over the tips, the shape was coffin and perfect. I got so annoyed telling the women where to fix it i gave up. The uv gel super lumpy, she did not buff it smooth. My nails are nice, from afar…if you dont look to close at them so i was like ill just deal.

Also my pedicure looks like i did it myself, which i’m like its a pedicure. but they didn’t even fully paint one of my toes and I didn’t notice till i left. And at that point i was there for 3 hours

The asian woman that painted my nails with short hair is the only one that knows what she is doing seems like. She tried to fix some imperfections in my nails. I believe, cause its the only way i can rationalize the bad job, everyone is apprentices. Im not going to give them one star cause they really do have good customer catering despite the work. they massage, give water and hot pads, super nice. which is another reason i did not want to make a scene, which is my fault. but eh. zen. If you go here get with the short hair woman, sorry I did not catch her name.

Wow, I have never been to a salon that has blown me away with their service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a kind and welcoming gentleman who I asked if I could get a Gel Manicure and Pedicure- I had no appointment and was in the area and googled the closest nail salon.

He accommodated me instantly and my spa like experience began from the moment he offered to take my jacket and book bag, he was so attentive in walking me over to where my pedicure would be and Elvia began one of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten in my life.

I was blown away from the attention to detail this place offers. They have a lap laptop working station and they are so aware of making sure you’re comfortable.

They have usb outlets to charge your phone. They have a stand for your laptop if you’re working remotely, they have this place clean from top to bottom. They have amazing plants that bring a lot of good energy and peace in the air.

They constantly check a neck warmer they place on you to make sure your comfortable. All of this is just a plus to the amazing work they provide in painting your nails and feet . I got lucky today without an appointment but I am already looking forward to coming back!

They have a great back door entrance if you parked there and as you are leaving you get a warm farewell from everyone.

I went in for my appointment and was greeted and that's where it starts going downhill. I picked a nail color and was asked to start with pedicure. The lady barely cleaned my feet and put no effort in scrubbing. Missed between my toes. I didnt say anything but when she started the manicure she completely butchered my nails. She trimmed them so much that it looks like I chewed my nails off. I hate how they look! Additionally, she did not clean my cuticles...as you can see from the photos it looks like an amateur did it. I told her you cut my nails too much and she did not even apologize. Moreover I washed my hands after eating dinner 3 hours after my manicure and my nailpolish comes off in one piece. With many Teaneck businesses as soon as other customers walk into the door, they rush and forget that you are also a paying customer. I will call the business tomorrow to fix my nails. If not I am claiming it on my credit card. I hate to write negative reviews but this place does not deserve...
