Jenna Judziewicz was our coordinator through the whole wedding planning process. She made everything flow seamlessly. We planned our wedding in 5 months (who wants to be engaged for a year when there's marriage to be had?) and Jenna was amazingly helpful and professional. From my first phone call to our first meeting Jenna guided me through the process of planning my wedding myself. She went above and beyond to make things happen, from getting permission for us to have our wedding earlier than their standard time, to being able to use a ceremony and reception site that were usually not bundled together. Inevitably something will end up undone and for me, I just hadn't time to create and print a table seating chart for my guests. Overnight, Jenna looked at our wedding theme and created and had printed a beautiful seating chart that fit perfectly. When she showed it to me the morning of, I cried, it was so beautiful. There were many other little things she did and added to our day that made it perfect! My bridal hostess on the day of was Taylor and she helped me with last minute things I needed. All in all, my husband and I are so glad we went with Ponte, the food was FANTASTIC (my guests are still raving about it) and the atmosphere was perfectly classy. Everything that is included in Ponte's price, from the ceremony site, reception venue, food and table furnishings, day-of coordinator, and hotel stay on the wedding night, meant that I had much less to plan and worry about. My husband and I look forward to going back to Ponte Winery and Inn for many years to come to relive the memory of our perfect...
Read moreMy spouse and I are wine club members who live far away, so to make sure we get out here regularly, we switched from having our shipments mailed, to onsite pickup. Best decision ever. We were married here in 2013, so every time we return, we get to relive the romantic and friendly moments shared by all who attended. It's a really nice way to bolster our relationship and remind ourselves why we married in the first place. Regarding the tasting room, wine club members only need to check in with the sales person to receive a complimentary flight of wine to taste. Non-member price is $20 per person, unless they're guests of members, in which case the non-member price is discounted. There are only two wines I dislike: Vernaccia Nera, a sparkling red that has a hit of black pepper on the finish, which I don't care for; and Arneis, a super light white wine which lacks the fullness I prefer. Ponte also has three very sweet wines: Beverino, Late Harvest, and their Port. If you aren't a fan of sweet reds, these aren't for you. My favorites: Doppietta, Montepulciano, Nebbiolo, Holiday Zinfandel, Super T, Barbera, Angry Wife (White and Red versions), Malbec, Chardonnay, Pas Doux, and Moscato (more like a sparkling or champagne than sweet white). You can taste six different wines, or taste 3 and have a glass of your favorite, which takes up three tastings on your ticket. Finally, if you want to support local artisans, the tasting room has a few displays set up which have edible, wearable, and decorative items crafted in and...
Read more⭐ 3.5/5 – Decent Wines, Sometimes Light Pours
This winery offers decent wines, but it’s not one of the top spots in the area. The wine is good, but nothing special—it’s drinkable, but sometimes the pours can feel a little light for the price.
🍷 The Wine: 3/5
The wines are fine but underwhelming. You get what you expect, but it doesn’t go above and beyond. The pour sizes can be a bit light, which makes it feel like you’re not getting the value you might expect for the cost.
🍽️ The Food: N/A
There’s no food available here, which is a bit of a downside for those looking to spend a longer time at the winery.
🛎️ The Service: 3.5/5
The staff is friendly, but at times the experience can feel a bit rushed. It’s efficient, but lacks the personal touch that makes a great winery visit feel more special.
🏡 The Atmosphere: 3.5/5
The setting is nice—clean, well-maintained—but it doesn’t have the charm or warmth of some of the more intimate wineries in the area. It’s a good spot for a quick stop, but not the place for a cozy or memorable experience.
💰 The Verdict: Good, But Not Exceptional
✅ Decent wines ✅ Efficient service ✅ Good for a casual stop ❌ Pours can feel a little light for the price ❌ No food options ❌ Lacks a memorable atmosphere
Would I come back? Maybe, but I’d try other places nearby first. There are better wineries in the area with more character and...
