If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience here was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I initially called to get a simple price quote for upgrading my car speakers. Instead of a straightforward answer, the person on the phone just rambled on without ever giving me an actual price. Since I couldn't get a clear response, I decided to go in person.

When I arrived, I was the only customer in the store and asked a very simple question about replacing my factory speakers. Instead of answering, the employee went off on 25 minutes of pointless rambling—not providing any useful information, just talking in circles. And if that wasn’t bad enough, in the middle of our conversation, he completely ignored me to help a female customer who had just walked in, without even a word of acknowledgment.

I left to take a walk and came back. Again, I was the only customer, and I finally got a price. I agreed to the deal and was in the middle of confirming the deposit and scheduling the installation when the owner himself pulled the same move—mid-conversation, he just ignored me and went to help another female customer who had just arrived. No “excuse me,” no “I’ll be right back,” just completely dismissed me like I wasn’t even there.

After wasting 45 minutes of my time, I walked out. This is no way to run a business. How do you just ignore a paying customer who is ready to do business? The favoritism towards female customers was shocking and unprofessional. It made absolutely no sense.

And let’s talk about their suspiciously high 5.0 review rating. After experiencing their incompetence firsthand, I now understand why—they offer discounts to people who leave positive reviews. That’s straight-up review manipulation, which explains why their online reputation doesn’t match reality.

Avoid this place at all costs. I regret wasting my time here, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
