My friend and I walked in to use the Wine Passport and the minute I mentioned the passport the lady working there didn’t seem to care about your business. Mind you, I’ve been using this passport and have had MANY other winery experiences. All were very good.
We didn’t get any information on the wines we were tasting. Every other winery I’ve been to has given information about the wines. We also only got to taste 4 wines. Their tasting on their menu is 6 wines and every other winery I’ve been to using the wine passport offered us 5 or 6 wines to taste.
She served us the wines we choose out of order based on how you taste wine. We looked at their website prior to going to check out the food menu. It looked delicious! Turns out, they only had 3 items available on that menu. We ordered the $25 cheese/meat/fruit ect tray that came out of a refrigerator pre packed and pre made. It didn’t have fruit and only a few stale crackers. The carrots were frozen together. It was very disappointing especially for $25.
These ladies weren’t here because they know about wine and you won’t get the typical winery experience at Fiesta. They just want to make sales. I would not recommend going to...
Read moreBeen here many times and bought many bottles and even ordered cases online ... we went on 5/6/23 to buy a few bottles of wine and to visit the town. We were refused entry because we were not there paying for a tasting. We tried to explain we just wanted to choose our bottles because we know the wine by the label and the answer was still no. But wait... their superb customer service came through with a brilliant idea... the employee said they would go take pictures of all the bottles while we waited outside and then we could choose what we wanted from a phone photo... thankfully there are many other wineries which would love to have our money....
The sad part, we planned our whole weekend trip with friends to visit fiesta winery and hang out in town. As a repeat customer of this winery, this was very disappointing. And because of this experience you have now lost a faithful customer. I felt like my presence and purchases were not important to this...
Read moreWe had a pretty upsetting experience at this bar. As we were wrapping up our wine tour and waiting in line to use the restrooms, one of the couples with us, which happened to be a gay couple, opened an exit door by mistake. The security officer with a trained dog aggressively screamed across the room multiple times and told them that their time at the bar was “over” because they opened the exit door. It was a significant over reaction and recognized by other parties in the room. When we talked to management, they suggested we just get a bottle of wine and sit outside. It clearly appeared to us to be a form of discrimination, and we were not comfortable supporting them after this entire situation took place. If there had been some sort of accountability or apology from management or other staff, it would have been forgiven. However, none of that was offered and we made a point to leave after this extremely...
