Thatcher Park — Attraction in Thatcher

Don't go by my rating - it is the average between the park & the Chamber of Commerce (which is where I went & is in the same location) The park looked very clean & well kept up with shade, places to sit & a nice playground set for the kids. It should get at least 4-5 ⭐ for what I saw. But the Chamber of Commerce on the other hand, I can only give 2 ⭐. Thatcher park has plenty of open spaces to walk your dog. It has a public restroom and a water station to keep you and your four-legged companion hydrated. Great setup! We came to enjoy the lovely shaded playground, but the people having a birthday party here on Saturday 9/8/18 decided to have a cupcake and balloon fight. They left cupcake trash and frosting ALL OVER the slides and flooring. Water all over the slides from water balloons so my kids got wet. Frosting all over the bottoms of our shoes, thanks for that.
