Took two suits that admittedly had some dog hair on them to get dry cleaned. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and they would have it back the following Friday. No problem; I’m moving in two weeks.
Fast forward to Friday and I am told they are still working on them because of the dog hair but I am assured it will be here by Tuesday.
Tuesday comes and again it is a no show and they might be back Friday if we don’t want them cleaned. Are you kidding me? I’m moving across the country where I need my suits for my job.
I am then lied to that suddenly the suits have fleas in an effort to cover up their incompetence. None of my other clothes have fleas, fleas were not identified upon drop off, my pets do not have fleas and have flea collars. What an insult; professionals take ownership for their failures. I apologize for thinking this company was in fact professional.
I inform them they need to get me my suits today (Wednesday) I don’t care if they are cleaned and I am told well I have kids as if their personal life should affect them running a professional business. I was then told that I could drive 200 miles in the opposite direction of my new location and pick the suits up myself.
If you need a professional dry cleaner that will have your garments cleaned on time without making up insulting excuses for their failures, do yourself a favor and drive to the big city yourself, after all you might...
Read moreThe cleanliness of this laundromat was impeccable. It is clean and has newer style washers and dryers. However, you must buy a card from the facility that costs a dollar and is non-refundable. If you question or ask about an alternative way to pay or that you do not want to buy plastic that is destructive to the environment, the seriously overweight attendant will tell you, with a very snide disposition, "if you don't like it you can go somewhere else". The attendant had a very poor attitude, apparently from Louisiana, knows that they are the only game in town. It is poor customer communications to tell the customer you can go somewhere else because you don't like the conversation that's being taken place. Obviously a deeply bread or inbred millennial. I am seriously considering going to the other laundromat in Safford Arizona that has a very poor rating just so I don't have to put up with a terrible attitude of the on-site the tenant at this location. Also, I probably will not have to buy a disposable card made of plastic that is non-refundable. I suggest trying a old hotel room card since the appear to be similar in design. That way you won't have to spend a dollar on one of their cards and the cards...
Read moreNew to the area, wonderful to find a laundry that is well maintained. I have met two of the ladies, Sara is very helpful in assisting with how to load the laundry card. It's my experience that not many work hard. Sara is busy sweeping, dusting, and wiping the machines down. There is another woman that works there, and well she left me sour without helping me load the wash card with the option offered. In fact it's a bit rude to say there's something wrong with my debit card, am I sure there is money available? I recall her name, Emma. Nothing was dusted, the floors needed attention but Emma just relaxed. I felt like I was bothering her for help. All in all this is a wonderful laundry mat, all the machines are clean, and work great. The weekend is a busy day, but worth it. The restroom is fresh and clean too! Affordable, and I...
