First off, this bridge has no toll!! Secondly, I can't believe someone gave this bridge 3 stars while complaining about a "scetchy surface." The surface IS NOT SKETCHY. It's 100% concerete 100% of the way across the bridge. None of that slippery metal grating which tries to throw your car all over which you find on the Hood River Bridge, Bridge of the Gods, and several Portland Bridges. It was safe, stable concerete. Also, unlike Bridge of the God's and the Hood River Bridge, this bridge has no toll. The bridge up the road at Biggs Junction is also a fine bridge with a 100% concerete surface with no metal grating, but if you aren't headed up that way this is an excellent, toll free bridge...
