For the amount of time I had to wait you would think this office is completely understaffed. However, there were 4 technicians not doing anything and 2 people at the front desk that were completely unfriendly. Not to mention a little rude. Not the techs but the front desk reps. I was asked to leave a urine sample in their wall cabinet and when I did found that there were at least 4 others in there as well that had not been collected. It made me question whether or not my results could be compromised by someone who just wants to be cruel. I asked if it was standard procedure to leave so many in there and the girl out front said yes it was but she would let the technician know so that they could be collected. I even told her it makes me question the integrity of leaving my sample there and she said no one would mess with it.
Yeah right! We also thought no one would go around licking stuff on store shelves during a pandemic but... whatever!

They said they didn't get the request from my doctor. So I called them and they said they sent it but will send again. 30 minutes later they said they still never got it. I called my Dr.. Again and they said yes we sent it. So I had the employee there talk to my Dr.. Office. Nothing... So they sent it again. Then another 30 minutes go by and the person working at the counter said oh I'm sorry your next. I was in tears when I left. Both times employees acted like they were unorganized and would rather be...

To my great surprise, I was a walk in, with zero issues and only 5 minutes wait. I told the person at the desk about my sensitivity, and they were very comforting. I was then attended to by Bivory Johnson, who is probably THE best phlebotomist I have ever encountered. I felt no pain, it was incredible. She is so talented, and such a nice person. I would go back any day, if I could have Bivory Johnson as my healthcare professional....
