I will no longer be going to this establishment. Last several times have not been the best. Last Saturday evening was the final straw. Was very disappointed to see mold on fruit, especially the strawberries and toppings looking less than appetizing... and couldn't talk to employee because she was talking on her phone. Went to pay, she's still on the phone, and credit card appeared to not work. Tried a second time, she's still on the phone, card appeared to still not work. Got her attention and handed her $30 cash (for $22.58 sale) She could not give me the change. Had to go get a calculator. She finally handed me $7 and I said don't bother with the coins. She was struggling. She also pushed buttons on the credit card machine and it appeared to reset, apparently for the next customer. It printed a paper and she tore it off and tossed it in the trash. Two days later I see a pending transaction on my card and now it's a charge. Yogurt was melted and not great, toppings very unappetizing and molding and now charged twice. Nope!
Update: update to 2 stars... Received a call offering me a gift card. Not interested in repeating this experience or giving them any more business. Dealing with my credit...
Read moreI recently visited Yozen Frogurt and I was pleasantly surprised by the tasty yogurt flavors and decent toppings selection. I especially enjoyed the vanilla and taro frozen yogurt.

To add to the disappointment, half of the yogurt machines were not available during my visit. It was a bummer not being able to try all the flavors I wanted.
Overall, Yozen Frogurt has good flavors and a decent toppings selection, but the high price for small portions, outdated interior design, and limited yogurt machine availability were disappointing aspects of...
