Although I love shopping at World Market, I'm never coming back to this specific store. The manager is extremely rude and racist. It does not matter how polite and well-mannered you are. She has a very bad attitude, and she'll make you feel like a criminal (even though you haven't done anything wrong). She also lies and puts the blame on her customers, instead of admitting her mistake. World Market sells a lot of products from other countries, including the country I'm originally from. So you would think that the workers, and especially the managers, would make you feel welcome as a foreigner. But that's sadly not true at this World Market. If you really dislike foreigners and foreign culture so much, why work for this company? At every other World Market store I've ever been to, the employees have all treated me wonderfully. Furniture: casual, rustic, and well-priced. Decorative: all that you can handle. Candles, decorative pillows, and much more. Cooking Accessories: pots & pans, bowls & plates, and gadgets. Wine store: a nice selection of domestic and imports at decent prices. Imported foods: nothing fresh, but canned and package items. Overall, it has quality items (for the price)

The store employees advised me to wait for an email with information that my order was ready. Several days later, I still don’t have any information about my order. How long does it take to fill out a pickup order for two items?! This terrible customer service is why I stopped ordering from World Market for a few years (last time I placed an order for pick up; most of ordered items were canceled by the store, my reward points were not used, but were never returned to my account).
