Unsatisfactory!!!! Not doing their job!!! It is ridiculous that on July 19th we homeowners are just now seeing mulch arrive and start to be placed around the trees and landscaping features in the community. Every community I have seen this year has had their mulch for a couple months or at the least several weeks. Really, why was this not done 2 months ago. The landscaping has looked sloppy and undone up until now and that is totally unacceptable seeing as we pay for this service. My suggestion is that Towne & County allow us to come to their office in Red Bank and we will remove the mulch and let the weeds grow around their nice office so that they can be embarassed with the appearance of their office property when their visitors and customers come to the office each day and also so they can be less proud and comfortable personally with the appearance of their property! How do you like that idea employees of Towne & Country employees and owners.
This reminds me of last summer when the pool company lifeguards were closing early every evening or telling you when you went to the pool 30 minutes before closing that you couldn't go in the water because they had just chlorinated the water and it was not safe to go in the water. Meanwhile, what we pay for is to be able to swim in our pool from the minute the pool opens until the minute the pool closes each day. It is the responsibility of the pool company to do their maintenance work at a time when it doesn't restrict the homeowners from enjoying the pool!
As often happens over time with property management companies, they get lazy or sloppy with overseeing their properties. In this case Towne & County is not managing the contractors who are responsible for providing services to the homeowners in the community. The contractors are not doing an acceptable job and as a result homeowners pay high monthly association dues and do not get the quality of service equal to the cost to them.
I am not satisfied with the job you are doing and I have heard similar complaints from quite a few other homeowners here. We all see and speak to each other when we walk our dogs around the perimeter of the property and I think we need to start a movement to consider replacing Towne & County if you folks are not going to perform your job better. You folks are running this property on "Auto Pilot" and many people don't think you are worth the money and that we could switch to another property management company who will do a better job for us.
How about giving us homeowners a rebate of 10% from our association dues for May, June and July to compensate for the mulch fiasco. And retroactive to last summer for the pool fiasco?
I'm sure you don't want to do that, but than why should we be satisfied and continue with your company as our management company?
How often does anybody on your staff visit our community and observe the condition of things and the performance of the contractors that you utilize here? I doubt you ever invest that effort and time other than to attend the monthly meetings. What do you do for your money? Are you giving us good value?

Read moreWe have owned our property in Hightstown for over 30 years, and Towne and Country started managing our neighborhood in 2015. Since then, they have done an amazing job operationalizing all of our communication through a portal, making their responsiveness to both my tenant and my own inquiries exceptionally fast. It's clear they prioritize customer service. Managing my property from afar is not easy - they make everything easier for me. Our tenants get notified with community updates, we are kept in the loop and can make payments and research any property related topics any time.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Stacey Cole and Christina Allen, and can't emphasize enough how impressed I was with my multiple phone and email conversations with them. They were professional, knowledgeable, and flexible given special circumstances around some of the challenges we were having with the property. They guided me through the entire process, and shared their network of trusted contractors who handle jobs quickly, keeping my tenant happy and our investment well-protected.
I highly recommend Towne and Country for anyone looking for professional property management. Their dedication, expertise and commitment to excellence makes my property ownership experience...
Read moreOur property manager, show very little sense of urgency for issues concerning our community "Somerset Glen Townhomes" and her response to inquiries are mostly not very informative and almost seem combative when you seek additional information. Our community is always dirty, with constant ongoing structural issues, mainly roof leaks and the esthetic looks of the common areas which are covered in green mold, fading and dilapidating shutters and dead or missing tress, poor landscaping, which never seem to be addressed and the contractors work as shown in the photos seem to go unchecked. When inquiries have been sent to out property manager about these concerns we never seem to get any response or the repairs are not rectified. The photos speak volumes about the care of our community under this management company and I have not included the photos of the garbage around the community that stays until a homeowner like myself takes the initiative to clean up other peoples trash. Still never received response from management other than I should attend the meeting if I want the...
