You can get here early and stay late and not spend a dime. One of the few beautiful places left for people without money to burn (like me). Plenty of free parking, this National Park comes to a point with water and beaches all around. Rocks protest the sand about 25 feet from shore, making for calm, shallow waters for children. Lots of verandas, perfect for family picnics. Bathrooms available. Right across the water from Old San Juan. Ancient fort on the premises....
