I am writing to report a serious incident of unprofessional and discourteous behavior at one of your pharmacy counters and to demand immediate action.
During my recent visit to pick up a prescription, the woman working at the pharmacy pickup counter (heavy-set blonde with glasses, pink hoodie) was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I inquired about my medication.
CVS policy clearly states prescriptions are held for ten (10) days before being returned to stock, yet I was informed mine had been returned in less than six (6) days — a direct violation of your policy.
When I asked for clarification, the employee offered no explanation or assistance and left me waiting nearly twenty minutes to receive my medication.
This behavior reflects an unacceptable lack of professionalism, respect, and accountability, especially in a pharmacy environment where customers depend on accurate and timely service.
I expect a full explanation as to why CVS policy was not followed, as well as confirmation that corrective or disciplinary action will be taken regarding this employee.
Such conduct damages trust in your company and is incompatible with CVS’s standards of care. Specifically for a minor who requires medication.
For verification, you may check your in-store security cameras from approximately 5:15 PM on 10/26/25 to confirm the interaction and identify the individual in question.
My personal and medical information must remain private and confidential. Any discussion of my name or situation with employees would constitute a violation of privacy and may infringe upon HIPAA protections.
This matter requires prompt resolution and assurance that appropriate measures are taken to prevent recurrence, as your compaint form via online...
Read moreCustomer service in store and Pharmacy have always been amazing even at 3 or 4 am when you need a prescription filled after leaving the ER or 5 or 6 pm when they are slammed with customers complaining, and you need your child's medication filled, always so patient and kind. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has caused me to seek another pharmacy. While I now understand, certain medications cause huge Stigmas , and no one should be embarrassed or made to feel less than or lied to about what medication they're prescribed, this CVS lied to me. Said my insurance refused to cover the medication because it was "too soon". I had been getting my prescription there for YEARS, every 28 days to the day and suddenly they would not fill it. That's OK, I understand, but don't lie, please. Especially when other pharmacies are now closed and the patient/Customer cannot get their prescription filled. Unfortunately most medications ,when taken daily for long periods of time can and will produce painful withdrawal symptoms . A notification would be nice, but to lie and say your insurance declined, when the insurance would have covered it even 3 days sooner is gross behavior. Just state that your rules have changed instead of having people questioning their insurance companies, more stress people don't need. I get you don't want angry customers, or "addicts" complaining, but neither do the reps at the insurance companies. Nor does the customer want to have to make calls in confusion. Just say No lol we won't fill this , we are already being sued. You would save yourself, the insurance company reps, and the patients much time and perhaps less stress. If you have a 28 day script, they now won't fill it...
Read moreI have been getting all my prescriptions at this pharmacy. It is very convenient that they are open 24 hours. The store sells a large assortment of different items and I usually browse around the store looking at all the stuff that they have for sale. I am very impressed over all the merchandise that this store sells. They also have many sales such as buy one item get the second one for 50 percent off or get the second item for free. In the very back of the store they also have this large box in which they have an assortment of different items such as headbands, barrettes, and some other stuff for 99cents. I also can pick up all different cosmetics, all name brands, they have very high end products for your hair in which you cannot even find some of these products at Sephora. They also sell groceries and different beverages, some stretch pants, socks, hats, scarfs, gloves, it’s all there. Some aisles are filled with candy. They aren’t as inexpensive as Walmart but the fact that they are open 24 hours makes up for that. As you can see I really like this CVS store.when I am filling a prescription the lines can be long but they move quickly. The only thing I am disappointed with is that even though I am in this store all the time I do not get the special service by the employees because they are so busy and they don’t know who I am. Before I started using cvs I used to go to a very small pharmacy where I did get that service when I walked in they would say hello to me by my name.In this review I tried to point out as much stuff as I could remember but it’s a very nice...
