Let me start by saying I usually love Taco Bell—it's my go-to guilty pleasure. But after tonight’s experience, let’s just say the craving is gone, and so is my patience. I pulled up to the drive-thru excited for my Crunchwrap, but instead of being greeted with basic decency, I got served a whole lot of attitude with a side of disrespect.
The lady taking orders clearly woke up and chose violence. She was rude from the jump—snapping at me like I was wasting her time. And to top it all off? She had the absolute audacity to call me ugly. Ma’am, are you serious? First of all, you’re working the late shift at Taco Bell, so maybe keep the insults to yourself. Second, if I wanted to be roasted, I would’ve gone to Twitter, not the drive-thru.
I really hope she finds some peace and professionalism because that energy was toxic. Enjoy working fast food for the rest of your life if that’s the attitude you’re bringing to the window.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered my burrito had the wrong ingredients—like, not even close to what I ordered. I asked for no beans, and guess what? It was 95% beans. And the fries? They were upside down in the bag, like someone just launched them in there during a fit of rage. Soggy, cold, and sad. Kind of like the customer service I received.
I hate that one person’s bad attitude soured my whole experience, but unfortunately, it did. Taco Bell, please do better—your food might be fire, but your customer...
Read moreAbsolute worst experience of my life picking up an order from this place. Waited an hour and a half for an Uber Eats order. Told the guy the name I was picking up for and by the time 30 minutes went by I texted the customer telling him I had no idea why it was taking so long and apologized, Three other drivers were inside waiting for orders as well just as long as me. We all had arrived at around 10:00 pm and at 11:00 pm they even locked the lobby doors and no staff would even give us an update still on all of our orders, they just continued to clean the kitchen up and ignore us all. By the time it was 11:30 still no help from any employee there and eventually all of us drivers even just had to yell to the back of the kitchen to finally try and get someone’s attention to confirm that if they even still had all of our orders in the system. Cashier tells us all of our orders were gone out of the system now and that they are unsure what even happened to them. Complete waste of everybody’s time and money there that had to drive as well had to deal with the customers being upset for having to wait an hour and a half for something that’s suppose to be FAST food. Will absolutely never pick up another order from this place and advice any other driver should do the...
Read moreWOW ! I can't believe this place has so many 5 star reviews. We've tried it twice, the most recent today.
The first time, my wife got home with our order and almost "everything" was missing. I guess the three handfuls of sauces made up for the weight. We didn't bother complaining as it was our word against theirs.
After months of saying "we'll never go there again", we decided to give them another shot today... MISTAKE !
Everything was in the bag this time but when we got it home and prepared to dig in, everything other than the beans were barely warm.
The tacos were completely soggy, no crunch at all. The burritos were cold and just blah. Beans were OK.
The woman at the drive-thru window ( we were informed it's her last day ) forgot to give our credit card back so we had to go back to get it.
We live 10 minutes away so they can't blame the food temp on a long drive time.
Two tacos and one burrito are going in the garbage as we don't trust their food handling and safety procedures, if they follow any...
It's a sure thing that we will NEVER go to that...
