Solve The Room NJ Toms River — Attraction in Toms River

If a ZERO star was an option...I definitely would've chosen it!!! Honestly a truly horrible and unenjoyable experience...would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. Nowhere on their website is there a disclaimer or any mention of there being a mask mandate to participate or enter the building. Which would've kept us from spending almost $200 to play...also no refunds...what if none of us had masks??? Then to continuously threaten to shut the game down 10 minutes in because a players mask slipped below their nose while speaking?? Then rush us along with hints that weren't even requested just to get us out...DO NOT waste your time or money with this business...research other escape rooms nearby that I guarantee while give you a much more enjoyable experience!!! Played the hardest room and finished with 17 minutes left whereas the last one we did and our first by the way did the easiest and finished with less than a minute left! Also not very well maintained since there were broken pieces of someone's fingernail on the floor...but don't forget your mask!!! 🤣🤣...

Oh my dear heavens where do I even begin. The moment I walked into the establishment, I was greeted by two dashing men with smiles so warm and radiant that I started sweating. From there on, Peter and Dan seamlessly blended warmth with professionalism, creating an atmosphere that transcended ordinary service. Pretty disappointing. We have done some rooms in the past. This was lacking in setup and immersion. There was another door that was never explained to us in the room, we opened it at one point and there were mannequins and cleaning supplies , it was confusing and took us out of the experience .

Worst of all there were problems with the room setup , one of the key clues was left out in the open instead of being in the place it was supposed to be . Less than 10 minutes in one of the employees came in and asked us "where did you get that key" . There was no apologies , we left the room and had them hide it again but it was sloppy, there was another clue that wasn't in the right place either .

Even without the problems with the crew, the room itself was average at best. We completed it in less than 35 minutes with no clues and there were 4 of us . Kind of felt unsatisfying after all the problems and how quick we got out. For the price it wasn't worth it and we probably wouldn't go...
