Over the past year, we have made repeated visits to this location and today, decided to visit one of our Favorite Pizza Restaurants for Lunch...

Kit Dwight , ordered a slice 🍕 of Sausage and a Sicilian with a side of Onion Rings.

My Lunch choice was a 7 inch Sub, Ham Provolone, Salami, Capicola topped with Lettuce, Onions, Tomato, Hot Peppers and seasoned with SPO, Mayonnaise and Vinegar....

We love this Small Business for the consistency, pride of preparation of the product and the new items they make.

Also very happy that during a conversation with one of the Owners, John to hear that they are looking to establish another location to spread the deliciousness in Ocean County!!!

Year a Go, first Review: Got the opportunity to stop in at the new "Pizza Slinger" in Tom's River.

It's located in the Marquee Theater's shopping plaza, 1311 NJ-37 W, Tom's River, NJ 08755.

Today's choice's:

Kit chose a slice of a Big Mac Pizza and followed it up with a slice of Sausage, Pepper's and Onions.

She was very pleased, ingredients, sauce, cheese and a perfectly baked crust with no burnt ends.

I decided to have a slice of Pepperoni with the Garlic Knot crust, slice of Sicilian and also a slice of the Big Mac Pizza.

As mentioned by Kit, the crust was crispy, tasty and burnt free.

Just left there. Used the coupon for the 2 dinners for $28.99- we ordered the chicken Marsala and chicken Murphy. Both very under seasoned. Marsala needed salt and more Marsala wine. Murphy needed salt and more cherry pepper juice. Both very blah flavor wise. As for the chicken, extremely tough. Looking at it almost looks like they boiled it and then maybe threw it in the pan to make the order. No color from the flour and oil in a hot pan that normally happens when you cook the chicken for a Murphy or Marsala. Chicken was also tough to chew but also tough to cut with a knife and super dry. We ended up wrapping the food and taking it home. The picture is of the Murphy. We don’t keep take out in plastic or tin/foil so we transfer everything to glass containers. I got the shrimp risotto last night & I'm pretty sure its made with a vodka sauce.. it was absolutely delicious and I'm picky about risotto.. although I'm not a big fan of shrimp i asked for it on the side omgoodness they were perfectly cooked not over done smothered in that rich vodka sauce omgoodness was great & like I said, i'm not a big fan of shrimp ... We order from Pies On 37 often.. oh & dont forget the mozzarella cheese fries with brown gravy on the side ! They are also soooo good..& the penne with vodka sauce is always delicious.. Calzones were great too 👍 I got one with peppers & onion that was great...
