This is now the second time we ordered food from our office and we were highly disappointed. We did not get any butter or jam for the English muffins, we ordered seven breakfasts and got one packet of ketchup that’s right one! Last time we ordered two breakfasts and got one fork! That time we got no butter, jam, or ketchup as well One of the breakfast was listed as roasted, red peppers, and zucchini and it It had diced peppers which were so small. You could not tell if they were roasted, and there was no zucchini. Last time the omelette was supposed to have vegetables in it and it literally had only baby spinach If it lists it in the menu, it should be included in the entrée We even asked in the notes for butter, jam, and ketchup on the second order and yet one packet for seven breakfasts! This is a treat for us as we do not eat out due to our budget. We will find food other places going forward. We have notified management on the website as well as placed a yelp review with so many offices. I wonder if we will get a response or if things will change Take note. You’re probably better off eating in the facility as the people preparing the items for delivery don’t seem to care. I wonder if it was their food they would take more time to make it proper and make sure everything was included. That should be the Expectations and what was delivered were completely at odds with one another. I prefer to spend my money somewhere else when ordering breakfast from work again this is a treat and not a daily item or even a weekly item. We...
Read moreAs a business owner, I wanted to share an experience I witnessed yesterday at the Toms River West location. Understanding the importance of exceptional customer service in any business, I was compelled to recount an interaction I observed between a manager and customers during my visit.
I believe the manager's name was Laura (confirmed with my server afterward), who approached a table where a couple seemed distressed about an issue. I observed as the husband spoke to Laura in a condescending and berating manner. Despite this challenging demeanor, Laura remained remarkably patient and attentive, genuinely interested in addressing the customer's concerns regarding his food. Although her promise to rectify the situation should have concluded the encounter, the customer persisted with profanity and a raised voice.
Throughout this ordeal, Laura consistently handled the situation with unwavering respect and dignity, despite the undue aggression directed at her. Witnessing her exceptional patience and professionalism left me deeply impressed.
Kudos this this manager! Her exemplary handling of a difficult customer underscores the importance of taking customer service seriously. If only more individuals approached customer service with the same level of dedication, our world would undoubtedly be a much...
Read moreI've been to this location twice so far. Once I ordered take out. The last time, I got a table and had lunch with my mom and aunt. I dont think I will go back to dine in again and just do take out. While the food is very good. The service was terrible. The waiter basically mumbled and was difficult to understand. He brought us a bottle of water but didn't bring us glasses for at least 15 minutes. When the food came out. My aunt and I received our food first, and my mom's food came maybe 5 minutes later. We then had to wait at least another 15 minutes to get extra napkins, water, and condiments. While yes, it was extremely busy, I found it a little ridiculous. Also, the waiter never came back to check on us about the food. Im not very picky with things usually, and I worked in the restaurant business for years, so Im usually very easy going when it comes to the service, as I know what it's like. This experience was just not ok. Like I said, the food was very good, so I will go back for take out, but...
